James from Costello Windows installed a new door for us. Very professional, had the whole thing done by himself on the day. New door is great, no issues at all. Would definitely recommended/use again.

The installation team of Gerry & Jack were fantastic. Keen eye for the details in an old stone cottage that doesn’t have a square or true angle in it. The finish was extremely well done. We did have to wait for the doors longer than we were first quoted, but the sales team did say the combination of finishes we were looking for would increase the production time. Overall we were more than happy.

Found Costello windows very easy to deal with. Breda in sales was excellent and very responsive. Our fitter too did a great job. Very happy with it. Would definetly recommend.

Good quality door, had to wait 16 weeks after paying deposit for door installation and when they came they forgot door key so we where unable to open door for few days, U think that be a basic thing to remember to bring

Very happy with the service from the moment I did an online door. I spoke with Breda via email and a phone call and she got the ball rolling straight away. I wasn’t ready for my door to be fitted before Christmas when they rang me and they were more than happy to store it until I was ready for fitting. I would highly recommend Costelloe for doors as they were very professional and so were both of the men who fit my front door today.

We recently had our old door replaced with Costello's and I have to say from start to finish it was a great experience. From Eddie calling to talk us through the different options, and measuring up, the people in the office taking payment and organizing logistics, to finally James who fitted on Monday. Our house is 70 years old and as you can imagine the walls and frames are a not uniform, which made fitting the door extremely difficult. James spent the day here doing everything he could to make the door fit and was so patient, careful, and tidy every step of the way. We are thrilled with our new, well overdue upgraded door and I would be delighted to recommend Costello's and also return for any of our window and door needs in the future.

After a few quotes with other companies I chose Costello Windows because they said they could fit my front door within 8 weeks whereas other companies said 2-3 months minimum waiting time. The whole experience from visiting the showroom, choosing my door to it being fitted was within 6 weeks making it a very worthwhile choice! The fitter turned up on time and completed the job in approx 3 hours, he made a fantastic job of it and I’m absolutely delighted with it! Can highly recommend Costello Windows

I recently had a new front door fitted. It was a great experience from staff in the show room to getting the door measured and fitted. Very professional fitting and looks amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

I recently had all of my windows and doors replaced by Costello windows. Had really positive and professional experience. Hayden was very helpful and patient helping me choose the right ones. Timmy was the fitter who was in and out in less than 3 days. Himself and his team cleaned up afterwards and left the place spotless. It is like I have a brand new house! I am thrilled with the product and would highly recommend Costello windows.

Had a replacement front door fitted by James recently and can’t speak highly enough on the quality of the door and the fitting service. I highly recommend these guys!!

Our honest experience would be;
Fitting date changes numerous time,
Fitting incomplete on installation,
Even now after second fitting visit wrong size plastic to cover interior steel poles despite Costellos rep measuring initally and no bedding mastic? Fitter extremely nice and apologetic.
Throughout, no phone calls at all from Costellos, we had to persue it all.
The door is very nice but what it took to get it was unnecessary.... its still not 100% finished!

James fitted our stable style front door and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much ! Would be very happy to deal with again in the future.
