We’ve just had new windows fitted over the past few days and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. John went through the sales/selection part and Gerry and Jack installed them - they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with – nothing was too much trouble for them.

Their workmanship was excellent and they took real care to make sure everything was finished to a high standard. The windows look amazing and have completely transformed the house. We’re so pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows. Thank you again, Gerry and Jack and all at Costellos!

Great to take over €20,000 but can’t fix a fire exit window. Have highlighted this issue since November last year..have emails and recordings of phone calls should anything happen.

The fitters were very friendly they explained everything clearly. They put the manager on the phone and he asked if I was satisfied with the door. They cleared all the mess up and left the place tidy. Iam very pleased with the new door and would definitely recommend them to anyone

This is a review of two parts really, if you need your windows or doors in a reasonable or as promised 10 to 12 weeks then shop elsewhere. I paid the deposit on September 15th with assurance that my order would be fitted before Christmas, the order was finally fitted February 28th.When I rang in early January i was fobbed off and told basically they would be ready when they were ready.Second issue was when the product was first delivered in February the door was badly scuffed and damaged, which someone had tried to hide using green marker, I refused to accept the delivery and then about a week later I had to drive down , approx 90 minutes journey to come to some agreement as to when they would bring back the repaired door.When the door finally came back there was still a small mark on it which, when I pointed it out to Bruno he told me if they had to bring back the door again i would be charged an additional 400 euros and also had no right to a refund. The fitter on site used a cleaning agent and the afore mentioned green maker to fix the issue. I found Bruno to be very confrontational and unpleasant whenever I had to deal with him, the problem was all theirs but he made it seem to be all mine, I do not appreciate being talked over by someone I'm trying to resolve an issue with. On the plus side the fitters were excellent, pleasant to deal with, did a great job and left very little mess. All in all I feel the company needs to up it's game in public relations and complaints handling. BUYER BEWARE.

My mam had 4 doors fitted 2 weeks ago all done in the horrible weather so they weren't the cleanest going in (though a canopy was used still dirty they are white doors). A black mark was made on a newly paint inside of the front door which she was told when she called up that she must have done this. The kitchen door doesn't shut properly you have to slam it. Someone came out last weekend to fix some of these issues but don't fix the kitchen door which also needed filling that wasn't door.
The person who installed the doors when leaving the first night was hitting off the new door while carrying stuff out.

This company is hands down the best. I have dealt with the entire time since moving here over 10 years ago. From my first contact just for information . All my questions were answered in a polite and concise way. They stayed in contact throughout the entire process just seeing if I had any other questions and even helpful hints to make sure things went smoothly on installation day. Its so refreshing to deal with a company who cares about their clients and it would appear we are not just a number. No pitches or upscale at all. That is very rare.

My installer James. You could not find a better representative for your company. He was on time, walked up thru the entire process and kept us updated along the way. He worked incredibly hard and it was lashing rain and to be honest I don't think he even took a lunch break he just kept working and I wish I could show you how great he was the door was fitted perfectly no gaps anywhere as opposed to our last door where you could feel the wind from the kitchen! That means huge savings on heat! James was kind, courteous, a perfectionist. I can't say just how good he was and his work speaks for himself.

I'll stop rambling but I would recommend this company higher than just a few stars as it was so beyond that. They have a life time customer in us and im hoping my 2 cousins that need new front and side doors listens to me and goes through this crowd.

Anyway thank you James for all the hard work you put in. I personally will be asking for him again when its time for windows and another side door.

My sincerest thank you to everyone. It's getting harderamd harder to find such an upstanding place of business like this.

We had a seamless experience with Costello. The sales call with Hayden, showroom with Justin, measurements with Derry, Brendan and Bruno who organized the fitting, and above all the fitters, Timmy and Michael - we couldn’t fault anything throughout the process. The lads are exceptionally hard workers and also super considerate, tidying after each fitting and clearly caring about how well done the job was. We had 9 windows and 3 doors, including removal of a large window and block wall to be replaced with a smart slide door. It was heavy work and they crushed it in the best way. Every step of the way made sure we were happy. Absolutely thrilled with the job, which was competitively priced too. Highly recommend Costello.

The installer, James, was very attentive and professional in his approach to installation our new door . He answered all our questions and offered good advice as regards maintenance. He did an excellent job. He also removed any debris that was left over from the work.

Very easy to order over the phone. I had done my homework so knew what door, colour and glass I wanted. Breda was on hand to answer any other questions I had. Brendan came and measured my door a few weeks after payment. James came and fitted my door. An absolute gentleman very helpful did a fantastic job fitting the door. Everything left nice and clean! James put in the door very well. I am very pleased with it. One small issue - a small bit of skirting board looks loose. Apart from that the work was excellent and James was very polite and professional

Fabio & his colleague fitted my beautiful door last week. They were very clean & quick in fitting it. They sealed it very well. I had an issue with the lock (my fault) & their serviceman came out this morning to recitfy it. Couldn't rate them enough. Very good service & aftersales.
