Delighted with my new front door. Ordering online was very easy. Great value for money and James did a great job fitting the door and cleaning up afterwards.

Positive experience of quality French door and casement window product and fitting. They installed my cat flap into the door also. There was about a week delay in manufacture but I felt convinced they did their best to get the products made and fitted as soon as they were able. Fitters were delayed to site but did the job very well and were very pleasant, communicative and tidy.
I would recommend Costello Window - probably good to order at least 8 weeks in advance at present time (2026) due to increased demands caused by new SEAI grant announcements.

Fabio the installer was great to deal with, very friendly and professional! Brendan was so helpful with booking etc and John was fab when he came to price up. We were told a lead time of ten weeks but it was done within 5 weeks so super quick and professional to deal with.

From initial consultation to installation, we found Costellos so professional and helpful and competitive also.
In relation to installation, it only took 2 days to fully fit our bungalow. The 2 staff worked so hard and were very careful in taking out our old windows and fitting new windows causing no damage to floor or window tiles. Each room was cleaned up as best as possible afterwards which was appreciated.

We are delighted with the service we received from Costello Windows. Eddie and Gerry were a pleasure to deal with. The two fitters- Fabio and Co- were wonderfully efficient and very tidy workers and the windows themselves matched perfectly with our existing ones. Brendan in the office was very helpful when it came to filling out the SEAI form. Our sincere thanks to everybody concerned.

Ordered a front door & patio door on 18 March and both were fitted on on 28 April - excellent service. I’m extremely happy with both doors. Many thanks to the two guys that did the fitting - they were very professional and left everything spotless. This is my third time using Costello Windows to fit doors, windows and a conservatory and would highly recommend this company for their excellent quality of work.

For me the success of installation of six windows in my terraced home was of major importance and I view that overall success lies between the interactions of many facets of the company.
I visited the showroom in Glin Co Limerick which built confidence in the ability of Costello to deliver quality in product and service. Next step was my contact with Breeda which firmed up that confidence due to her high level of professionalism throughout this venture from beginning to end . . Her excellent communication skills, straight talking, honesty and obliging nature all built great confidence and trust between this consumer and vendor. In follow up windows were accurately measured by Derek. The next stage brought me to the office of the manager which unfortunately for me was both unmanageable & unprofessional and rattled all the confidence and trust I had built up over the months previous. I now was in absolute fear of what the outcome may be in the short and long term which grew when I started to read a mixed bag of reviews on line.
Pedro and his dad arrived to install my windows and delivered a full service that was highly skilled from start to finish. They were respectful of me and my property moving through my home with care cleaning up every last bit of dust & debris. Tiled finishes around windows remained fully intact and unmarked following their removal of windows as was also the outside surround of the windows. Their attention to detail in the installation of new windows had to be seen to be believed , meticulous and excellent in all areas. They had no issue with me asking questions, sticking my nose in checking and re rechecking and offering a helping hand. They needed to return on day 2 to finish which was delayed due to traffic blockades and fuel shortages, Pedro text me and kept me updated over that time. Google translate was of great assistance to us both. If this team of Pedro and his dad are allocated to you the customer to install new windows at your home be assured of them doing their best to secure the result you had hoped for.
For me as your customer to you the management section at Costello windows I say communication , listening , honesty , taking responsibility and ability to apologise all would go a long way to marking this venture up to a 10 out of 10 experience for all future customers coming your way

I recently had Costello Windows replace my front door and install a brand-new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.They arrived exactly when they said they would. Both the front door and the garage door look fantastic. You can tell they take pride in the installation—everything is perfectly aligned and operates smoothly.
Once the job was finished, the team did a thorough sweep. They left my property spotless, taking all the old materials and debris with them.
It was a really great job from start to finish. If you’re looking for professionalism, reliability, and high-quality installs, Costello Windows is the way to go!

We ordered six new windows and a front door before Christmas. The price we were quoted was really competitive.
The installers arrived last week to do the retrofit.
The quality of the windows and new door were excellent, they also replaced the window boards which look fantastic.
After the windows and door were fitted, the two lads doing the installation spent a full day making sure the re-plastering, window board fitting and clean up around the house was top class.
Everyone we dealt with were really professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Spending as much time as needed to make sure we were happy with each step of the process.
We would highly recommend Costello windows.
