The two men who installed my windows were very pleasant to talk to and did a good clean job.

Better value and faster than any other window company I contacted. I have used them twice now and the fitters on both occasions were excellent. Quick and efficient, and did a great tidy up afterwards.

We had Gerry and Jack fit our whole house with new windows and doors.. great lads.. very professional, very tidy and after they had left you wouldnt even know they had even been here. Would recommend 👌

I recently had a new door fitted and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The workmanship was excellent, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. The fitters were professional, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.

Excellent work, seamless install

Recently got my front abs my back doors fitted by costello windows. Was both delighted with the doors and the high level of service and big attention to detail by the fitters that installed my doors. I would highly recommend this company.

My overall experience with Costello windows was positive.
I had 3 x A rated doors fitted to improve my HLI.
Sales team were traditional, professional and friendly and I got a very competitive quote.
My only complaint was the communication and updates with manufacturing, as it took a little longer than promised.
However, the products were of the hightest quality, and as expected.
The install team were friendly flexible and efficient, and did a very good install, tidied up after themselves. Pedro and assistant was very helpful and aimed to please and took pride in their work and I am overall very satisfied with experience and recommend Costello windows.

The whole experience on the day of the door fitting was Efficient and professional.

My parents got full windows and door replacement by costello windows. The fitters were the highlight they were very clean and tidy and no paintwork touch up needed after them. Great job

Recently had our windows fitted, they have had such a different to the house both asthetically and for our comfort. Very straight forward to deal with. John was helpful when we were deciding what style and colour to pick. Jerry and Jack were very competent and fitted the windows very efficiently.
Looking forward to getting our new doors soon.

I had James install a new front door for me and couldn’t be happier with the service.
He arrived on time, got straight to work and was professional throughout. The job was done neatly, with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was properly fitted and secure before leaving. The finish looks excellent and the door feels solid. I highly recommend Costello Windows.

We had an awful time dealing with this company. Our first call was with Brenda who was great to deal with always answered emails and any queries we had quickly which was very reassuring as we were getting both front and back windows and doors replaced. Our next dealing was with the guy they sent to take final measurements (can't remember his name) also great and very straight forward. Order placed at the start of September, fitting began the start of January, it all went down hill from here.
First fitter arrived (3days work in total) left job unfinished, extremely untidy and fitted windows and doors that should not have been fitted in the first place.
We then spent 4 months going back and forth with this company (an absolute joke) no one could give a straight answer , constantly been given dates of work to be rectified and when the date came close plans would change AGAIN!
We finally met Jerry and Jack (the final fitters sent to rectify the work) these boys were here 5 days in total and were absolutely fantastic to deal with and sorted all they could for us, big thanks to Jerry and Jack thank you so much, this company could learn a few things from ye

From first phone call from breda ,she was very professional and friendly and James was very professional and clean tidy fitting stable door . the amount of touch up to paintwork afterwards so minimal you would not believe door was replaced. I would recommend company 100% for quality workmanship and product quality.
