AWFUL

AWFUL! I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company through their customer service and through the phone but they will not answer the phone. I'm positive they don't even use their phone anymore. The reason that I had to do this was because they sent me the wrong costume and now I'm forced to pay the shipping to send it back because of a mistake they made. This has been by far the worst shopping experience I have ever done. I went through Walmart not knowing it went through costumes4less and man, did I make a mistake. Do not go to them. If Costumes4less sees this, I better not see a recharge fee. It's not my fault you sent the wrong type of Wonder Woman costume. I didn't want to exchange because I didn't want to deal with this company after reading the reviews before I sent in for a return request. Also, I'd like to see the shipping refunded since I made multiple attempts to get the shipping covered with no answer. It was $6.65 for shipping..... My order number is #5281799-744697 My package was just delivered to your company in California this morning so you have received the package with a note inside. This is totally unacceptable and I cannot believe I had to even write a review. Please take care of this.

HORRIBLE !!!

absolutely horrible ! Do NOT waste your time or your money unless you have it to throw away ..I paid $65 for a pair of shoes which were too big not because i didn't like them ..they deducted a restocking fee (no big deal, w.e i get it , shipping fee (which they paid for because it was a purchase over $50) and on top of that I have to pay for the shipping back !! Absolutely ridiculous! Guess what I'm getting refunded ?!?! Not even half of what I initially paid about $30. Such a waste of time and money and I am disgusted and disappointed, I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase, which is why I'm going to be filling this out on every review site !

Costumes4less.com's goal is to make 100% of customers to be satisfied all the time.We strive to achieve this. In order to keep our prices low, we make sure we dont pass the cost of returns to across all our customers. Returns are always expensive for a merchant. If we were to offer full refunds and waive the restocking charges and pay for return shipping, those costs would need to be passed on to all customers in terms of slightly increased overall prices. We have chosen not to pass these costs to all customers and are focused on on maintaining overall low prices, instead. 97% of the customers do not return what they buy, For the 3%, who have to return and pay the charges associated with return, we disclose and explain this upfront in our Returns Policy, so that we can avoid unpleasant surprises like this one!

Responsive Customer Service!!

The warehousing company that Costumes4Less uses is shared with other vendors, and the warehouse sent me the wrong item...and my item went to that person. I brought this to Costumes4Less's attention, and informed them that I needed the item by a certain date, with only a day left for a replacement to go out. Even though the error wasn't actually theirs, they sent a replacement to me VERY fast--I had my shipment the very next day, in time for the event. They were fantastic...and the product, btw, was very nicely made. Excellent vendor!!!
