Easy online experience and great value compared to other furniture retailers. I had a brief panic when I logged out as a guest and received no email confirmation or order number. But I had a call from the delivery company within a week and the wardrobe turned up when they said it would. I haven't put it together yet, but so far, so good....!

Bought a metal bed frame, was pleasantly suprised by great quality and fast delivery. And it took only several minutes to put all the parts together! Although it was squeky at the beginning, but WD40 solved that immediately. Strongly recommend!

Ordered a rug and then found out it was out of stock . They gave me the option to cancel my order or have £10 back off my order . I carried on with the order and it took around 5 /6 weeks to arrive . The customer service guy Stefan was very helpful and kept me updated about my order . I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others

there was an issue with a scratch on one of the wooden legs but how it was dealt with was exceptional so it is still 5 stars from me. Thank you Tracey for arranging a hassle free replacement which arrived the next day! Great Service and a very happy customer :)
