Great resolution of a potential issue
I use trustpilot a lot if buying from someone new, these guys got good ratings even though the number of reviews was a couple of handfuls. I am glad they lived up to this as otherwise I could have had one of those delivery nightmares you hear of. Cosy World were excellent. The way a company deals with a customer who has a problem is defining in terms of their service. I had a problem with getting a delivery scheduled the courier said had to be a Tuesday and guess what the only day not possible was for the next 3 weeks. The courier was sorry Tuesday or nothing. Cosy world could have washed their hands of it but they didn’t, they chased it down on my behalf and got it resolved. Thank you very much
