Shockingly and worryingly poor experience with this company. Ordered an expensive cot mattress Wednesday this week, for next day delivery ...it hadn't even been received by the courier according to tracking a day later. Friday night, still hadn't been received by the courier, order updates says it's expected today.. .I think not. I emailed them today, no response. ??? Tomorrow I will set a chargeback from my bank to get my money back and I advise against using this company, my grandson had no mattress for a night. Should it be delivered 4th day after ordering I will throw it away, frankly I suspect something untoward is going on here. Before I used Little Greene online for mattresses etc, never let me down. Go to John Lewis or equivalent.

I am very pleased with the quality of the travel cot mattress and the speedy delivery.

The first mattress we bought around 2ish years ago still looks brand new. It has served our bigger one well despite the usual baby/toddler accidents and illnesses. So when it came time for our second to move into their own bed The Cot Mattress company was the natural first and only place we went to to buy a second.

3 stars on the presumption the mattress is of good quality when it arrives. So far my only experience is poor delivery service. Failed to arrive on date it was due (after waiting in as needed signature) then didn’t arrive next working day, then the following working day I received an email and text stating it would be delivered within a certain time frame, and once again I’ve waited in and it hasn’t come. I’d be less frustrated if the company was returning my request for an update but they’re not. So far all that’s been achieved is two days of wasted time waiting in for a mattress that is yet to arrive.

I’ve got all of my daughter’s crib and cot mattresses from here plus all of her cot sheets and the quality is amazing. Quick delivery as well

A good quality cot mattress with 2 lovely soft covers. Safety was my main concern and this mattress is firm so a baby should not suffocate. More expensive than some but i think its worth the money for peace of mind.
