Excellent service. We attended 15 minutes before closing time on Saturday & received first-class service & attention from Krasimira despite the late hour.

The Kingston shop is brilliant and the staff really helpful .
Delivery was efficient and kept to the three hour slot .
The furniture was well wrapped and secure in boxes .
An impressive service from everyone . The furniture is well crafted in beautiful wood .

We bought 4 items of furniture from Cotswolds, which were delivered today. Our small bookcase, bedside tables and occasional table look very nice and are solid and well-made.
The staff in the Kingston store were very helpful and the delivery efficient and friendly. Recommended!

The store looks amazing . The staff were really helpful. On both occasions, as I had to return on of my items, the transaction was quick and efficient.

We went into store to look for new furniture and the help we recieved from Cris was invaluable! Excellent advice and not pushy at all. After we left the store, he continued to help us over email to get everything we wanted ordered! Thanks again!

Wondrrful service from Ilda in the Kingston shop, then great delivery guys today. On time, helpful and polite. Pointed out a chip in one item and took it back. Cotswold were immediately in contact to apologise and to replace, even with a different range item if I wanted. Couldn't get better!

Great customer service. Cris was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. Good range available in the store so you can see the different wood colours etc. Made a decision and bought a shoe cabinet!

Krasi gave us such a warm welcome as we arrived. Her welcome - and the lovely layout of this super shop - made a lovely difference to the whole experience.

As we had done some research online before visiting the shop, Krasi could not have been kinder - not only showing us to the two pieces of furniture that we had come to see so as to make a final decision as to which to buy, but moving them side by side so that we could clearly see the differences and pick a favourite. Fabric swatches too!

Krasi was completely across everything we asked about - fabrics and their advantages and disadvantages, colours, styles, costs etc.

She made it very easy for us to work out which would be the best for our home and we now eagerly await delivery in just a few weeks!
