Great service friendly staff
We ordered a corner TV stand at the stow store from the moment we met Majbritt we felt comfortable the service we were getting was genuine. She took time to steer us through product and options before we made our choice. Delivery was confirmed on the day and as promised an email confirming the the dates received. Today we took delivery of the product delivered by two very helpful and pleasant gentleman Abel and Fred. The delivery time was as promised according to an email 30 minutes prior. Great customer service from a friendly a genuine company.

Bedroom furniture and cushions
The lovely lady in the shop who took our order for bedroom furniture and purchase of cushions. Went the extra mile to ensure we paid the same price for all the cushions.
We were kept informed for delivery date of furniture and were contacted an hour prior to delivery by Ian and Gary. These guys delivered the furniture, carried it with great care to the room and unpacked and cleared away wrappings. Excellent service. Thank you.

Despite paying an extra £5.00 for delivery on Tuesday, 9.12.25, the chair - order no 6431648 - it has still not arrived despite promises for delivery today, Friday 12.12.25.

Tale of the corner cupboard
The item we wanted was not available to view and the team telephone/technical support was very good to ensure the product would be suitable.
Notice regarding the delivery was excellent and the delivery drivers, Earle and John from CHD, took considerable care with carrying the product indoors, unwrapping it and getting it properly placed. They were good ambassadors for the company.

Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service from Ian and Matt on Friday 30th September. We were kept fully informed of the expected delivery time and they arrived within 5 minutes of the estimated time. Both Ian and Matt were very respectful of the fact that we had just had a new carpet fitted and delivered the furniture to the room required, furniture was unpacked, placed where required and all packaging taken away. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend. Order Number 638991.
