My New Favourite Shopping Experience.
I have been into the store several times since it opened a few weeks ago and, to date, purchased four items in total. This is my new favourite store. The range of items on offer is good, the prices are great and the staff are fabulous. Every time I have been greeted with a cheery "Hello" and a beaming smile. On my very first visit I purchased two bedside chests, which were expertly wrapped and carried to my car for me.My second purchase a chest of drawers was too big to go in my car and had to be collected by a friend who has a bigger car. The lovely guy on the loading bay could not have been nicer or more helpful. Today I purchased a console table for my hall, not on my wish list, but I could not resist it, especially with 40% off. Again a lovely member of staff wrapped up my piece in bubble wrap and was going to carry it to my car on her own, until I insisted on helping. I can not praise the fabulous staff highly enough. They really couldn't be warmer, more friendly, more helpful or nicer.

Me and my mom came in for a browse and ended up leaving with a new dining table and chairs and a sideboard. Great customer service from Adam and had lovely conversations with the rest of the team also.
