Bernard and Ryan the 2 delivery drivers were so polite, respectful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they even took the packaging away of 2 side tables that I was going to assemble myself. Awesome delivery men!!!!

I recently went into the Tunbridge Wells store to look at bedside cabinets 'in the flesh', and compare a few different models. I was escorted around by Olivia, who was extremely helpful, charming and, above all, patient!

I finally found the most suitable cabinets (Chester Classic Cream bedside table) and they are very good. However, the most memorable aspect was the exceptional customer service, which you find so rarely nowadays. Well done, Olivia; you are a credit to the company.

I love this company - My living room is all furnished from The Cotswold Company and it looks amazing. The furniture is attractive, well built and solid and the furnishings fit perfectly; you can tell that there is attention to detail. I bought everything from my local store and I will continue to go in and see them when I am in town - it feels like going home!
