It was a very hot day. My order was delivered at 4.15 pm The drivers Siu-Pai and Derrick arrived in a friendly, smiling and professional manner. They worked tgether quietly. They finished quickly. It was excellent. A credit to the Cotswold Company. This is a genuine message. Previously I had had a very difficult experience with this company.i was very pleased with 10th July 2026.I was very happy.

Beautiful kitchen island recieved with granite top. Looks great in my new kitchen. Order was easy, and all communication from the company was very clear and helpful. When delivered, the couriers were so helpful, friendly and professional. They unpacked the item on the van and carried it into place. Very highly recommended. Really impressed with item and service.

Lucas the manager at Tunbridge Wells has been super helpful in our purchase of a sofa, and material to make cushions. The whole experience of firstly looking and receiving advice to actually making the order. Can’t wait for everything to arrive!!

We are delighted with the furniture. It is extremely well made and has various styles and combinations to suit most tastes and rooms. The delivery and assembly was efficient and we were informed about what was happening each step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend Cotswold Company.

Olivia, your staff member, was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses in the different ranges, made recommendations, without being pushy.

Visited the Cotswold Company in Tonbridge Wells on Saturday 18th April 2026, I was looking for a new bed and hadn't bought one for 30 years!! so felt quite overwhelmed. Katherine was particularly helpful showed me all the options both for the bed base and mattress, she explained the various price options and sizes. I was thinking to downsize from a double to a single and she demonstrated the differences in size. I left with all the information I needed to make a decision and called the store the following day with my order. I spoke with the manager Lucas who was also very helpful and placed the order and asked her to convey my appreciation to Katherine for her professionalism without pressure. I would highly recommend this company for the quality and value for money of their products and their service.
