Horrible
Horrible. After a glitch in communication, I had to pay the penalty for a misorder. I had no problem with that.In addition, the store got to keep 800 dollars as a store credit which was the difference between the king and queen headboard. My problem is that I was only able to talk to the person who took my order. I asked for MONTHS just to explain my story to a manager or store owner. Finally, the guy who took my order calls me and says he has been promoted to manager and now he is the highest authority. Worst experience ever!!!!!
