Don't ever shop here. We bought furniture, it didn't fit and we never used it. We asked for a refund and they refused. Worse furniture store ever. Their items are all over the place right now the place and poor customer service and quality
I have never left a negative review before but I think we have to, given how shocked and disappointed I am at the way we were treated by this company. The day we were meant to arrive at the property, we were informed the electricity had gone off and was estimated to be back on by Scottish power the next day. We were told there would be no heating for our stay in January, no showers, no use of hot tub, aga would be unable to cook food from scratch. We were told to “see it as an adventure”, using torches and to bring extra jumpers to keep warm. When we called the host to suggest why it may be inappropriate for us to come given the circumstances she was very patronising and refused to offer even a partial refund or a chance to re-book our stay. We could not stay at the property because of the lack of any basic facilities (hot water, showers, heating, use of fridge or cooking facilities). We have contacted the company who said they cannot offer a refund because the owner “made efforts to make the house warm” and have since stopped replying to our messages. Do not book with this company
Wrote a review for a cottage we booked that was negative and they haven't put the review up. Not very helpful for customers wanting a honest insight in to the cottage.
Had a slight computer glitch issue which initially prevented me booking the cottage I wanted. A quick email to C & C got an immediate response from Bethany. Everything sorted. Thanks for your speedy assistance.
Contacted this company in reference to a cottage in Inverness for 10 days this xmas.
Sent 4 emails and not one person has had the decency to contact me. The property is available and I wonder if the people that own Farr garden cottage know that they are not working to sell their property.
We will find a company that after 4 days of emails they will have the respect to contact us .
I would avoid this company in future.
They found us a fantastic cottage in the near from Nairn, Firthview cottages, absolutely outstanding self catering, perfect settings. Highly recommended.
