The gentleman that checked my car out was amazing. He explained everything that he was doing and then broke everything down to me so I could see what was going on with my transmission. My car is a little older so I'll come out better trading it in however if I ever need transmission work in the future (hopefully I won't) this is the place I will take my vehicle to!

This is the second time I've dealt with the Cottman crew and all I can say is thank you Dr. Leonard for service.. First a transfer case on my 2006 STS AWD Cadillac that GM couldn't even quote a price on,second a starter on the same vehicle.. Excellent work guys..5 star in my book,they deliver what they promise, a throw back to when a companies word meant everything. Thanks again .. Jim Phillips

I am really sorry but my experience was totally unacceptable and I had to face against very rude and unreasonable conduct with the person who claimed to be the owner of the business. I left my truck with them for transmission trouble and the following day they have inspected my truck and call and told me that I would need my transmission to be rebuilt. We agreed on the price and I gave them %50 deposit. I was also suggested that my transmission cooler to be replaced. I accepted that suggestion and have given them more business such as my oil and filter change and emission and inspection done for my truck as well. A week later they called me and said my truck was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my truck, I've noticed that my service engine light and abs lights were both on my dashboard during my test drive. They were not on when I left my truck and they had never told me or mention anything about the lights were being on until the day I went to the shop for pick up my truck. I was trying to explain how unacceptable this situation was but all I had in return was very rude conduct and treatment in front of my two daughters. They were both terrified and were crying. Unfortunately, I end up paying for extra parts and labor charges for the additional damages which were not there and I did not have them before but I only received a discount on half off for labor charges. Make sure take a video shots before dropping your car there so you don't have to go through what I have been through. Or be ready to pay for more at the end.

These guys help me. They went The extra mile.

Cottman had great communication with me on my transmission rebuild. They also beat their competitors by 2300$.

Great thanks for a job well done at a reasonable price. My 20 year old truck had some parts that were no longer manufactured. The professional, experienced mechanics at Cottmann found the parts without any delay and fixed the transmission better than original. I was impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been to Cottman numerous times and everytime, my husband and I have been very pleased with the pricing and the work. I thank God for a trust worthy business because in this day and time it is hard to find. God bless you for your honesty.and good work ethic.

Still having issues. But they are trying to resolve it. Just don't understand what the problem is.

They completed the transmission build on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and were always upfront from the moment I received my quote, till the job was completed. After driving approximately 8k miles the transmission needed some attention. Still under warranty, they diagnosed the issue and completed the repair at no additional cost to me. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Mechanic was honest and was up front with everything going on with my car. It's so rare to find. Most just want to charge you an arm and a leg when they know that you don't know what's going on. He was great.

I felt as tho I was treated with honesty and respect and received excellent service .

Good service, reminders to follow up after work is done. 10 day follow up is coming due. Was told to bring in after 500 miles only been less than half of that so far.
