Both Jake and Karen have been great throughout the process of buying our new home. They have both made the experience easy and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend seeing them if you're thinking of buying your new home!

Within 30 minutes of downloading a Countryside information brochure , Jake the Countryside Homes sales representative left me a voicemail message, offering to speak with me, if I had any follow up questions.

I subsequently contacted Jake, and arranged to meet him at the showroom the following day.

Jake was highly informative , and took time to explain different house options, the history of Sherford development and then took my friend and myself out on a guided tour of the area, and a visit to two of the different houses available.

Jake put us at ease and listened to our questions, which he then fully answered. At the end of the meeting , I felt fully informed and excited about the possibility of purchasing a house, and living at Sherford.

We felt that we had been provided with an excellent opportunity to learn and fact find, and Jake is an excellent ambassador for Countryside Homes.

We found Sam's Customer Care Service brilliant. He came over as helpful and friendly, being understanding of our needs. The Countryside homes at Humberston Meadows are lovely and we would consider buying one in the future if our circumstances change.

We are first time buyers, and we was really put at ease, Sam was great very calm and understanding, not one bit pushy on any part and explained everything perfectly.

The houses are of poor quality, structurally defected and made so quicker just to sell and scam the people around. We were sold the property of Belle Vue by countryside telling us resolving all issues and a warranty of 10 years, but everything stopped after 2 years, the issues reported remained unsolved. The leakage in the house is the main problem, moulds within 2 years, does it sound reasonable enough?

From the initial stages through to completion, the team were professional, approachable, and supportive. Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions we raised were responded to promptly. The sales team kept us informed at every step, which made the journey much smoother and less stressful.

The handover process is well organised, and we appreciated the time taken to explain everything clearly. Overall, the experience has been reassuring, and we’re pleased with our new home.
