Absolutely terrible!!

Was told I could do courses on a payment plan and it would be direct debited. They never debited any payments from my account (which I sent proof of multiple times) and they then slammed me with late fees and banned my account!
I contacted and paid the overdue amount and requested my details be changed to card. Was told they can't do that. Asked to change bank details, told they can't do that. Was told to contact NIMBLE who apparently funded this (which I had no idea I was entering a credit product either) and they are mystical bloody unicorns who don't know how to answer phones or emails.
I sent proof of payment via screenshot to get my account reactivated just to have it banned almost straight away again over a new '$15 late fee' that they didn't think I should need to know about literally just days earlier.

The very little access of the course material I have been provided with has been substandard at best. Marking takes FOREVER and I'm constantly emailed by tutors pressuring me to not do more than 1 assignment at a time yet if I do this, I'll literally never finish as it takes them so long to mark.
They've also just changed platforms now and require assignments to be completely different set ups with referencing and didn't think it may be important to make that super clear and provided no templates.
It's literally thousands of dollars for some slideshows and YouTube videos.

The customer service leaves a LOT to be desired and I'm overall really disappointed in how this has turned out as I was quite eager to get a few extra short courses under my belt.

Quick to respond to message left and helped sort out my IT concerns immediately. Saved me some heartache! Thank you Annette! :)

Although challenging at times, the course persisted with areas that rounded out the topics evenly and robustly, giving me a sense of achievement as well as a better grounding of each lesson's depth.

Today I wanted to swap my advanced relationship counselling course to certificate in adult mental health Annette and Skye were so great and prompt with swapping my course I would recommend Annette and Skye to anyone wanting to swap there course thank you so much Annette and Skye greatly appreciated

You have been very unfair and acted in an unbelievable manner. I wanted to do the training but I refuse to be abused by your Domestic violence expert .

I will never be paying your a cancellation fee another $500 when you have robbed my account of over $2000. Regularly taken out by 2 debt collection agencies even though I never owed any money .
As your the ones who blocked my access and removed my profile. Your website doesn’t work in a mobile phone .
I want my money refunded as I refused to be abused and bullied . Lied about . At no time was I abusive to your staff . I had no orientation or mentoring or phone calls during the 12 month you had a third party defrauding my account. Then you claim I was behind in payments so that’s why you blocked my access to the training . You never provided any training or mentoring or not even a phone call or answering phone calls .
I want to do the training but will not put myself through discrimination & emotional trauma . Pack of bullies and thieves . You should train Narcissists & your the experts in Cohursive control .

You pick on the wrong old lady . Then you want further extortion money .

I will keep writing reviews.
I will go much higher.
You don’t keep doing this to vonerable students so you can give them nothing
Then destroy out credit rating .
Why ! Just to rob students of thousands of dollars?

The information is easy to under and the assessments are easy to understand what is been asked to do.

I chose to study advance certificate in Counselling.
I enjoyed studying the course
Every lesson was exciting and new experience in learning new skills and techniques.

my experience with Courses4me has been great! I've been studying domestic and family violence support, and honestly im loving learning new ways and skills how to communicate and help support victims.

I like the fact Courses4me are able to tailor the course so I can complete it in a rural area with limited internet. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Annette and the insightful comments when Zyra marks my assignments.

The staff at Courses4me are always very helpful when it comes to needing assistance no matter what it is. It could be anything from trying to get a hold of your tutor to changing payment information they are always so kind and patient when helping students do what they need to get done 😊

Pointless course can't do anything with it. Just a waste of money really!!

Stay as far away from these people as you can , especially Annette. I have just had a debt collection agency contact me after 3 years, from a potential enquirey I may have looked into and they seem to manipulate you into something you clearly have no clue what your getting yourself into, then apparently owe $4,000 which I have no certificate nor EVER studied with these absolute criminals. I am a single mum holding my head above water, who has been through severe domestic violence, having to move home multiple times and I get a payment plan from a collection agency demanding I pay back money I didn’t even do a course for. As Annette stated in my email dated 30/9 I apparently asked to cancel something I had not even started and they refused? Saying three day cooling off period, let me tell you when your fleeing your home and have a lot going on 3 days means nothing. Stay very very very far away from them especially for your mental health as they will break you. Absolutely disgusting treatment and absolutely fraudulent.
