I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with Courses4Me one week in and feel compelled to warn others. This company is purely profit-driven and shows no regard for the financial challenges their customers may face. Despite not having started their Child Psychology course and having given written instruction to withdraw, I am being forced to pay for it in full, with no considerations given to my single parent low-income position - despite discussing my financial reservations prior to registering.

I tried to request more clarity and additional support while trying to juggle work and parenting on establishing enrolment and repayments, but was met with cold-scripted and loan-shark like responses. Their sales representatives, behind a mask of warmth and compassion, relentlessly pursued my course inquiry and manipulated my hesitation and lack of awareness of the financial obligations. When I communicated uncertainty and requested a withdrawal from the course multiple times before and immediately after enrolling, I was met with inflexible, scripted and unsympathetic responses from Courses4Me. Nimble the financial provider confirmed that Courses4Me only had to notify them in writing of my course cancellation and it would be effective immediately. Courses4Me have a profit and business driven approach and are only interested in making money, however will not get a further cent from me, regardless of how hard they wish to aggressively and inhumanly pursue it. This is not how any reputable educational provider should operate, though it’s a sad reality they exist.

Education should be about just that, educating, and helping people grow and succeed as humans in a dysfunctional society, to be of service to their communities and improve systems, not exploiting people for profit. Even more deplorable and noteworthy is that I enrolled to study a mental health support service course for children and adolescents, one Course4Me ought not be providing given their treatment of students. They’re also not recognised nationally deeming the course a waste of time and money that will not provide a job prospect. Unfortunately, Courses4Me seems more interested in maximising their earnings than in providing a fair and supportive learning platform. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before enrolling. There are many other education providers out there that actually care about their students' well-being. Read reviews and do your research.

If you value your financial security, expect a quality education and basic compassion from a service provider, I recommend steering clear of Courses4Me.

Extremely helpful staff with a wide range of courses to learn

Incredibly helpful, fast response and easy to find answers to all my questions!

They just want your money, I enrolled in a course and I DID in fact notify them that I didn’t want to go ahead but it was “outside the cooling off period”. I never started the course nor did I even receive details, links or books for this course I haven’t logged into the system since the day I signed with them. They have destroyed my credit score with debt collectors saying I owe upwards of 3 GRAND for a course I did not take part in. They are taking peoples money for an online course. It’s my right to not want to continue when in financial hardship the absolute last thing you want to do is waste money on a non legit course. Do not trust this scam company. Also non of their courses are not legal and you will not get a job in that career after completing the course. I signed up for this course when I was a lot younger. I am now wanting to settle down and maybe buy a house but this company has thrashed my credit score. Will never never never recommend this company the staff are no help and they give little to no f***s (excuse my language) about you or your situation.

Courses4me a team of Professional people educating their students with so much valuable information to support people who have experienced domestic violence.
It is so much needed .

Hello. My name is Rohan Kelly. I would like to recognize one of your staff Annette for her unfailing help and wonderful attitude. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. I have worked in law enforcement for many years and on the advice of my psychologist have chosen to pursue a career in something far more therapeutic and therefore am studying dog training and dog psychology. It is a great leap from Armed Hold Up and Homicide and I am findit very rewarding. I have bothered Annette a bit too often for advice but she NEVER minds. A true asset to your organization.

Living in such a hectic and fast-paced society where work and family obligations take up a large majority of time, finding the opportunity for personal development is becoming increasingly challenging. Courses4me has provided me with the opportunity to further my learning at a pace that is adaptable to my time, flexible with payment, and structured in a way that is easy to access. Tests and assignments focus on knowledge accrued rather than the efficacy of your working memory. The tutors are very interactive and supportive, and course content is great. I appreciate being able to study and not to consider it as another 'stressor' in my schedule. My experience as a student with Courses4me thus far has been exemplary.

I don’t know how this site even stays up. Courses4me is a COMPLETE scam don’t waste your money. There is no certification at all. I was told many times before signing up that it was “nationally credited”
But it’s NOT which they’ve NOW admitted to after me nearly completing the course and asking to see a an example of what the certificate would look like but they were unable to do so. Funny that. They’ve basically just told me im screwed and will continue to keep charging my card and a refund or stopping of payments isn’t an option and they have “no responsibility” of the mislead. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of young people wanting to better themselves educationally

These lessons changed my life. I am really happy that I became a member of this class. I learned a lot from this lesson and became more aware. Now I am really satisfied with the decision I made.

I enquired about 1 course. Then after receiving information and realising that course wasn't nationally recognised, I said I wouldn't be enrolling.
Since, I still get calls almost daily and sometimes up to 4 times in one day! I have now asked them to stop contacting me as I'm not interested.

Added as response to Courses4me - No, this is incorrect. I only enquired one time, about one course.

So far courses4me has been nothing but helpful during my course, the fact that it's a self pace course does a lot for me since I have a busy schedule outside of my course. My tutor is lovely so far and helps me to understand things better.

The staff are extremely professional,kind and prompt. They actioned my enrolment quickly and supported me with lots of guidances to start my new course. I highly recommend this institution so far.

As i work full time it is great to be able to do this at my own pace. When I have asked a question, i have had a quick response that has helped me. and great feedback with assignment gradings

Really enjoying the course

I’ve just signed up to start my course in AOD. Ben walked me through the course and its modules and knew exactly what he was talking about. It was refreshing to have someone that had an understanding of what they were talking about.

I am receiving incessant phone calls after making one enquiry about a course. I've asked them to stop calling me multiple times but they keep calling. This is not appropriate behaviour of a legitimate education agency.

Everyone has been so helpful during the course and it is so interesting and fun.
