Wonderful experience shopping ordering and receiving! Great product, love the outfits ❤️

Extremely disappointed in the colour of the product it is washed out and faded not at all like the vibrant colour in the advertisement. I will never buy anything from any online marketing ever again.

Terrible company. Wish I'd read these reviews, but having ordered from companies like Shein, I thought I'd be okay.
Clothes are poor standard. Don't fit great. But its the cheap fabric! So static that they are completely unwearable. I bought a dress and by the time I'd walked out my bedroom it was showing my knickers as it rides up due to the static in the material. And that was on a moisturised body. As I'd left the label on to try it I wanted to return it as it was not fit for purpose. They offered me $21 then $41 then $51 but I kept saying no. I wanted to return it. Then they refused return postage but wanted me to return at my own cost (against consumer rights) to Dubai tracked, which costs way more than the original order and then they review and give you a lower exchange price back!
I went to paypal and currently awaiting a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE. Based in China!

Please do not waste your money on this site. I spent $300 buying clothes for a cruise. The clothes are awful with no return policy unless faulty. The materials are so flimsy and cheap. FB should take down their advertising

The company was fast to respond when queried about the shipment, and true enough, item was sent and received within a week from purchase. Was delighted to see the dresses as shiwn in tge pictures and fits well.

They are rip off merchants. Their site is misleading. They say they despatch from a UK warehouse so you would expect to be able to return items to said UK warehouse. Firstly they dissuade from returning items they tell you to sell them on. THEY ARE NOT WORTH EVEN GIVING AWAY. NO returns have to go to DUBAI!!! WHO'S GOING TO DO THAT it costs a FORTUNE. And they will not refund the full amount. You are lucky if you get a third of what you paid. SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK ☹️ TAKE THEM DOWN

Appearance was good, a little too short and thin for my thin blood.

Love the dress I ordered. It was like the photo and a nice cotton. I ordered a size down from the measurements table and it fits me perfectly. I am 5ft 7 and 70kgs -going on their measurements it recommended a L (as I have a decent size bust) but M fit me well

Very happy with my dresses. The sizes were perfect and therefor what was published on the website was accurate. Delivery was quick enough about 10-12 days. Overall pleased .

The dresses are beautiful that I am so satisfied with the quality and the design.

After trying to honestly answer questions about their clothes on their Facebook account, I am now blocked by them. Sizings are very small, material is cheap and thin, and items that appear to have embroidery or raised patterns are just printed onto the fabric. Colours are faded and the quality is very poor. Dresses that many were ordering for special occasions would not be suitable, as they are not as nice as the pictures - fine for a day outing, but not for weddings, etc. Wearable, but expensive for what was received. One dress that looked like it had shoulder pads didn't, and was no better than a thin sheet of material sewn into shape. Conversion prices make the items a lot more than quoted, and postage was very slow.

One star is too much. This company are appalling. They claim to be American but are Chinese. They will not give a refund for items that are faulty even though their policy on their website says they will. They offer a small amount of ‘compensation’. Much less than purchase price.
Don’t order from them unless you are happy to receive poor quality goods without any chance of a refund.

1 star is too many. This company has awful refund policies and terrible quality clothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The dress was transparent and when I requested a full refund I was told I would have to pay the return postage to Dubai which costs a fortune. I also haven't been offered a full refund at all. I would not recommend anyone ordering from here.
There are lots of other advertisements for the same clothing under different company names. Total scam. Total rubbish.

Was a good experience. Considering the parcel came from overseas, arrived fairly soon. So well done.
