Thank you for your review, could you clarify what you mean by ‘pest cover’, the only similar cover I’m familiar with is ‘pest control cover’ which is part of a home insurance policy, I’m unaware of any travel insurance policy covering something similar (though depending on your chosen cover level and options you can have cover against uninhabitable accommodation/accommodation supplier insolvency in a travel insurance policy).

Needed to upgrade annual policy. Phone answered immediately and very helpful advice and options set out. Picked best one and policy upgraded easily. If only all insurance firms could be like that…
