I honestly cannot praise Cover My Bubble enough for the incredible support I’ve received this year. I’ve felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Emma, who helped me access RedArc and the free therapy sessions available through my Royal London insurance. I can’t put into words just how much these sessions have done for me. They have made a profound difference across so many areas of my life. Even though the complimentary sessions have now ended, I’ve chosen to continue privately with the same therapist because the support has been transformative. I would never have known this kind of help was even available without Emma’s guidance, and genuine kindness.

I also want to give a special mention to Laura and Joanne, who have been fantastic in helping me with a change in insurance this year. Their communication is honestly second to none, quick, clear, and always reassuring. They’ve answered every question with such friendliness and efficiency, and it’s such a comfort knowing I’m speaking to people who truly care about getting things right for me.

The whole experience has been a reminder of what makes Cover My Bubble so special. Real people who put their heart into what they do. I always feel like I’m in safe hands, and that level of trust is so rare.

I cannot fault cover my bubble. I kept meaning to get life insurance but it was something I never got round to doing as I didn't quite understand the level of cover I needed. I have a short initial call with a lovely representative who took all the details to send me some options over. The email described the levels of cover so I felt I could make a decision.

Once I chose and wanted to proceed. It was another easy phone call to do the application. Absolutely stress free and meant I didn't have to do any form filling or understand what things meant as it was all explained clearly.

All the team I spoke to have been friendly, understanding and efficient.

The easiest way to sort out life insurance! The team were super helpful and thorough from our initial enquiry to application and beyond. Emma knows her stuff so well so sorted out our applications super quickly as well as being comprehensive. The quotes we were given were also organised so they were easy to understand, we were given lots of options with no judgement about what we picked and they were there to explain if we had an queries.

I contacted Emma looking to save money on mine and my husband’s life insurance policy. She was very responsive to my emails, really friendly and personable and just an all round lovely person. Her and the other team members I spoke with on the phone or via email were all equally as lovely and professional. They did all the hard work, scheduled calls that worked around my family and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deals. We ended up with over £100 a month saved and much better coverage for both of us and our daughter. We could not reccomend Cover my bubble enough!

We approached Cover My Bubble having seen them recommended by others. They were very helpful, quickly responded to our query. Provided affordable quotes without delay, we're available for queries and despite us taking a while to come back to them - life gets in the way - they were happy to assist when we picked it up again. They weren't pushy and we really appreciated their help in arranging life and critical illness cover, something we had put to one side for years as we didn't know where to start. It's reassuring to know now that if anything happens we and our children are fully covered. Would highly recommend. The aftercare service has been fabulous too.
