If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a surfboard and needed specific delivery instructions as no one would be home. As most people I have a Job and would need someone to take delivery of the board. Constantly chased Simon for an answer to be told it was shipped ( it was actually marked as shipped days prior). Chased constantly after it was supposedly with the courier then the tracking states delivered. Couldn’t have happened as no one was home. The signature was not mine and when I got home no board! After chasing again for an answer I got called by the driver who had supposedly returned to my home and had said he would have just left it and he would have signed for it. Alarmingly he thought it was a small box left. I reported this to Simon and still nothing. I send him a copy of my rights and chase constantly and still nothing apart from some total rubbish he has 30 days to deliver. 30 days gone and nothing. He claims the courier are saying I was home and told the driver to sign which is a lie. Simon made no effort or care to find the item and has washed his hands of it and will not give a refund. I am taking to the financial ombudsman. Do not buy anything online from them as this has been a total scam and I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket!

Service was great. Item was as described and arrived within a week. No problems.

Ordered on a Friday and it was delivered the following Monday. Faster than I expected. Daughter loves her new bag.

The most helpful staff of any ski shop I have visited

My wife, daughter and I were fitted for wetsuit for the first time. Not really knowing what we needed they gave us great assistance without the hard sell. We also bought a surfboard for our daughter and again, the advice was forthcoming.
We’ll be back soon to buy boards for my wife and I because we felt we could trust the advice and wouldn’t be over sold to.
Parking right at the front of the store is helpful too.
I’ve already recommended to a colleague who is going to go for a wetsuit.

My fiancé and I had been looking into getting paddle boards for a while and after reading numerous reviews, while researching multiple different places to buy from, we happened by chance to hear that Coyoti were selling them.
We went to see them with some prior knowledge of paddle boards and both having done the sport before, vaguely knew what we were looking for.
We spoke to Jack (well my fiancé spoke, I hammered him with questions) and honestly his service was brilliant! We also spoke with 2 other staff working, one was maybe the shop owner, who was both very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The other was a polite and friendly young lady, which considering it was her first day, also gave great service.
We had all our (my) questions answered and more! We happily left the shop with the right boards for us (no hard selling of more expensive, yet unnecessary for our requirement products) plus wetsuits and accessories for year round enjoyment.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I honestly felt the service received by Jack and the others was worth mentioning.
If your looking for great advice, no hard selling and reasonable priced equipment, we would both highly recommend going to Coyoti!

Amazing when helping me set up my new snowboard

Can't recommend Simon and his team at Coyoti highly enough. My wife and I booked in for ski boot fitting and custom footbeds and were really impressed by the knowledgeable and professional service we received. We were guided through every step of the process taking on board our skiing experience and needs and felt safe in the knowledge we were getting the rights boots for us. Thanks guys.

We recently exchanged some faulty items without the receipt. There was no fuss they were exchanged straight away and the shop assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful. A good shopping experience.
