quality product & speedy delivery service
Ordered On sunday, delivered Tuesday morning. Purchased a leather bean bag on line, cozibag notified and kept me updated from purchase to delivery, text message notification on the day of delivery stating the hour expected and true to word did so.
Leather bean bag, a quality product, sturdy well made, very comfortable.

Bean bag is excellent, just what we were looking for, black faux leather is very soft & feels good. Bag is very comfortable, I would definitely recommend & price is very reasonable especially with next day free delivery.

Do not enter into anything with these people. If you want to return your product- good luck. Try ringing their number ANY TIME IF THE DAY and see if you get an answer. Con artists, jokers, charlatans. Wish I'd never ordered a cozy bag.

Customer emailed Saturday night, we replied Monday lunchtime offering advice relating to his query and letting him know how to return the item if that's what he preferred.
Customer replied Monday afternoon and we responded within one hour to ask for a collection date so that we can book it in. We didn't receive a response.
Customer left a telephone message Wednesday morning (phone line has simply been busy due to volume of calls) but our team haven't managed to call him back because they didn't realise it was urgent due to the existing email dialogue that had already been initiated by the customer (which we do actually require for returns so that we have a written record, as per our returns policy).
Customer will be called first thing in the morning to clear things up.
24/11/11: This has now been resolved and a collection booked.
Great Quality!
Bought a dark brown XL and the size is perfect, could have gone for the xxl, as i notice that i would have space for it. If you do have space in your room, buy the xxl.
Quality is great and the delivery was very fast, next day in the morning. I'm very pleased.

Better than some at twice the price
Firstly may I commend the well laid out, easy navigate site. It was so
very easy to order and then follow progress. I had looked at dozens
of sites for a good quality leather beanbag. When I saw the Santiago
it was love at first sight. I ordered very late on Monday evening, by
09:00 hours on Tuesday it was being packed and was shipped out
at 17:00 hours. It arrived in Stroud early on the Wednesday - today.
It was a Christmas present for my son Richard and the lovely Jody.
I gather it has already been put into use and the household P. Cat
has requisitioned it. ( by the way my decision was helped by another
customers query on ability to cope with cats)
I was impressed by the site, the selection of styles/sizes/ no postage
and great service. You deserve the 5 stars.
I have only ever encountered one other such customer orientated
company - the most wonderful Lakeland Pastics, you are up there with
them.

This is the most amazing beanbag ever!!, its huge when the description said it was big, i was expecting big, but its huge, we all love it. It can fit myself and my 2 children comfortably on it, best money ive spent in a long time. Every home should have one. Many thanks cozibag xx

Lovely quality leather and very comfortable, perfect.....
The XXL Highback is exactly what we wanted, high quality leather bean bag, both ideal for children and adults. It works well as a games chair in the boys (10 and 12) bedrooms or as an extra seats in the lounge when needed. Very happy.
