When we started looking for a bean bag as a Christmas present only 5 days before Christmas we were not optimistic about it arriving on time. However cozibag truely delivered - we went for next day delivery at 10.00 am and it arrived at 10.15! Result a very happy son and daughter-in-law and we were all very pleased with the quality of the bag as well.

I've ordered twice from cozibags, first the Sao Luis tan leather pod and then the matching leather pouffe. Although there was a mix up with my second order, I was extremely impressed with how cozibags dealt with it by sending a special courier to carry out an exchange the very next day. Dean and Scott at cozibags deserve a special mention as they have been utterly great! Would recommend unreservedly.
