I bought a cozibag for my daughter. Ordering was really easy and delivery unbelievably fast. Less than two days. Love it, and so does my daughter. Its huge and pink and very hard wearing. I was so impressed that I ordered another a couple days later for my son. Again prompt delivery. He loves it too. His gaming chair is out and the cozibag is the main attraction. I may buy one more, this time for me.

I'd been looking for a bean bag for some time and was lucky enough to try a cozibag out at a friends house. I liked it enough to buy one that evening! And it arrived just one day later - very efficient delivery service.

The bean bag that I purchased comes with the bag filled with the beans installed into the bag. Once the order has been placed the delivery is very fast to Ireland. And the bag that I purchased is very comfortable to sit on.

The leather bean bag is pure quality , ordered mine before 11am and it arrived at 9.30 am next day ,couldn't ask for more

Great quality & speedy delivery but I hadn't quite grasped how big the Slump Cozibag would be & it totally overwhelmed my conservatory.........I had to return it sadly.

Bean bag colour not as expected. I did not get a swatch in advance as I thought white was white but in fact it's pale grey.

I knew I wanted a leather bean bag and scoured the internet. There's very few out there. I was a little wary of spending so much money on something I'd not even seen, let alone sat on! Customer service was prompt and helpful, product looks great, delivery was speedy and efficient. Very happy!

Ordered pouffe at 10am on Thurs, arrived 24 hours later via DBP couriers - who tell you in which hour slot they'll arrive! Perfect!

When I ordered my original beanbag, I checked I'd be able to change it if it didn't go in my new room, and was told yes. It was white leather, and I realised the tan one would be far better, so asked for exchange months ago. Told this would come in January, it didn;t, then told Feb, no tan beanbag ... then finally one delivered 6th March, faulty. It really was faulty, scuffs and thin parts, told this could be the norm ! Took ages to get agreement for new one to be sent !!!

I ordered it at 10.50 on a Tues and it arrived within 24 hrs with no extra charges! It's tan and real leather: a beautiful pice of furniture. My wife and I sit on it to watch 3D movies on our TV - you need to be close -ish to get the full 3D effect; it is quite big enough for us both and a grandchild. We're really happy with it - as are the 3 grandchildren who can all sit in comfort together. We are well impressed with Cozibag.

The tan Santiago was not in stock when I wanted them so after a lot of deliberation I decided to wait for delivery rather than choose another style.
It was about 6 weeks (everything else was in stock) I was kept updated along the way and when they arrived ... Wow ... Well worth the wait and the money
Scott in customer service was great I would reccommend cozibag to anyone wanting a really good quality leather beanbag for a great price. Make sure you have the room they are huge :o)

Having waited around for most of the day for my bean bag to be delivered, it is
now at 4.30pm they tell me its out of stock and will be delivered next week....
Surely when placing the order they would have been aware of their current stock levels?
I hope the bean bag lives up to my expectations and is worth the wait and the inconvenience.
Great prices, great promises but have literally failed to deliver.....

The large leather bean bag was exactly what we wnted and the delivery was extremely transparent and even ahead of expected time

I found Cozibags via an internet search, liked what I initially saw, liked even more that you could order samples of the fabric you were considering, so you could ensure you made the right choice. I am a difficult customer to please (so I'm told!), and this is a fantastic service that a lot of companies would do well to imitate frankly!
I then ordered the bags themselves on Friday, received an email stating they would be with me the next business day (Monday). They arrived this morning (in the most enormous box!) and wow they are fab. I hadn't even considered they would already be filled either, so good not to have to do that myself (other ones I've purchased in the past have required this, which is fiddly to say the least!
The quality is superior to what is available in the shops, for a fraction of the price, they are even better than described online. If I were to furnish my entire house with bean bags I wouldn't consider purchasing from anyone else. Very impressed, fantastic service and great products. Not worth looking anywhere else.

Not just an ordinary bean bag! Very sylish. Looks, smells and feels great.

The Beam bags are great, good quality and value for money. BUT delivery is a mess. I have just odered refills for orginal bean bags. I've had contradictory emails and text about delivery. Waited in until 4pm yesterday expecting delivery. Got a phone call at 4 to say my order will be delivered the next day (today) This morning, sure enough I get a text saying it will delivered between 10 and 11 this morning. During that time period I get an email saying the delivery will be the tomorrow. This is shortly followed by a text saying the same thing. The delivery did not happen between 10 and 11 as promised. So I've stayed in for almost 1.5 days waiting for expected delivery. Will it arrive tomorrow? I have no idea....

Serious flaw in the service, people can't afford to keep waiting in for deliveries that don't happen. I

The leather Sao Paulo bean bag is soooo comfortable, well made and flexible. It's a life style thing ; )

Bought the bean bag chair from Cozibag as a replacement for a similar item I had got from a high street store but which tore at the seams after only a few days. The Cozibag chair arrived very promptly and I really appreciated the customer care and updates I received after placing the order. Particularly liked being given a one hour delivery slot which was honoured. The product itself looks really good, is comfy and is well made. I also think it's good value for money. I am delighted with my purchase, so glad I found this website and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
