Chose to buy a San Luis bag in tan leather - it is gorgeous! Large, comfy, soft leather in a beautiful colour. Excellent value for money. Not noisy as you shift around on it. the communication with this company is brilliant they are incredibly fast - very accurate on delivery times - and flexible, I have not opened the lackage yet ( Xmas prezzie) but have high hopes of the quality of item based on interaction with the seller to date!)

This is the second Bean Bag I have purchased from Cozibag. Everything happened just as I was told. The bag looks excellent and if it lasts as well as the original one I will be overjoyed.

I was a bit wary at first but was very reassured by the safe way to pay and the e mails I received. I was kept so well informed about the delivery and was given a 1 hour delivery time in which the bean bag would be delivered. The bean bag duly arrived within this time slot and I am delighted with the quality.

I had been looking for a beanbag for a while and had been having problems matching the colour with our suite. The colour swatches supplied by Cozibag made selecting the right colour easy. Ordering and the Delivery service was exceptionally good, delivery made quickly and exactely in the pre-tested time slot advised on the day.

I looked in Argos at a similar bean bag but they only came in two colours, neither of which I wanted and were out of stock anyway, thank goodness, as I may have gone for their dark brown as I couldn't find anywhere that did Chestnut to match my sofas. I was so pleased when I came across this website and found, not only were they selling them cheaper but they also had lots of colours to choose from including my Chestnut! Delivery was spot on... They allow you to change the day if needed by a simple text and they even text you with an accurate hour delivery slot so you know when to be in. Beats waiting around all day. Can't rate them enough. Sadly my experience of "shopping" in general has been a depressing experience of late. Poor customer interface, things damaged, a bit missing or generally poor quality (regardless of price). However, I am pleased I have found one company that makes shopping a pleasure!

Order on Friday at 11am and was delivered between 10.30-11am the next day and was kept updated on the progress of the deliver by email and text constantly. Good quality bean bag that fits both kids and adults. Excellent service would recommend to anyone!
