Great item at a very competative price. Free next day delivery and although i didnt pay the fee to have it delivered before 12pm, it arrived before 9am. Really pleased-a great company that i will recommend to everyone!

On initial telephone contact with Cozibag staff, they were extremely helpful re my order details .Order received 2 days from order date as stated. .Order can be tracked online,and i also received several E mails and regarding delivery time [a one hour "window" was given] .I received an Email AND a text stating delivery time on morning of delivery Product was delivered in the first 15 minutes of window stated ! excellent

I could not fault the service I received. The bean bag arrived on time as stated and I received emails and text messages to keep me up to date on the processing and delivery of my order. The bean bag itself is of excellent quality and comfortable. I prefer it than the lounge chair!

After moving house and re-doing my sons bedroom I looked on the net for ideas and came across the Cozibag website. The products looked great so I ordered one and even got free next day delivery ! Within 2 hours of ordering I got an email notifiying me of despatch and the next morning it had arrived :) My son was thrilled and the quality and service I received was second to non !!

I bought this for my son after checking many sites. They were all so expensive and this one looked the best value. It arrived in 24 hours as promised with all tracking details supplied. He was over the moon with it.
I would thoroghly recommend both the beanbag and the company as the service and quality was first class.

'Hummed and ahhed' about placing order - did I need those extra beans now or should I wait a little longer? Only got the XXL real leather beanbag in the February ie approx 4mths ago....'hummed and ahhed'....beanbag was looking a bit 'saggy' so decided to go for it! Eventually found the 'code' (eg a 'joinedtogetherword' really rather than a 'code' , which I admit, initially nearly foxed me as I was looking for some kind of 'morse code'). Hit the order button around midnight the Monday (2/7/12), order delivered around Midday thevTuesday (3/7/12) - how much quicker could it have been! What's also nice, is that you get an email and a text message giving an indicative time for the delivery (ie between 11am - 12noon) - rare to get that type of service. Normally, one would be advised of a 'morning' or 'afternoon' delivery! I ordered the large bag of top up beans. Arrived in a huge box (taken in by a neighbour as I was at work). Topping up the beanbag was a little messy, but ok. Need to be careful as beans are loose inside the beanbag. Rarely order outside of Amazon, but I have found this company to be good and I would certainly recommend! My chocolate brown beanbag Is a treat. If I were to suggest any improvements, this would be a) perhaps having the beans in some kind of netting inside beanbag and b) because of the size perhaps having a little 'handle ' in some unobtrusive place for ease of lifting and moving from one place to another...
