Not checked the product yet, but delviery was on time, txt to let me what time the delviery was going to be here was a great finishing touch. The only thing i could say bad it the amount of emails that followed the order.. But i think every online retailer is the same. Would use the company again. Well done !!!

I purchased the outdoor cozibag in large, as soon as I ordered I was kept up to date with confirmations, & delivery updates, on the morning of delivery received an email with approx delivery time , an hour window, it arrived promptly. I am now sitting on my very comy cozi bag in the garden enjoying the sunshine whilst writing my review

Web site features need a little update, however Cozibag make up for it with streamlined communication, friendly and prompt information flow and exceptional delivery partner. I ordered beanbag at 10.30am and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Had an email first thing in the morning giving me a 1hr delivery slot !!

Beanbags exactly what I expected from pictures on website and reading other reviews - we chose Faux leather which is of a good quality and the stitching seems very sturdy and durable. Can't fault the service and delivery - came within the 2 hour time slot that was e-mailed the day before (great as saved waiting in all day for delivery). Would happily buy from this company again.

I have just bought my second bean bag from cozibags, the first was a high back XXL I felt it could have done with more beans in it, but it was still comfy as it was. This time I bought a large top up and a dark brown slump chair I couldn't find a single fault with the slump chair it really was everything it claimed to be. I can't recommend the cozibag site enough, delivery is fast and they keep you well informed by text message of delivery time and also giving you the option to change it if inconvenient. When the time comes to buy another I will certainly be going back to the Cozibag site.

Our XXL Cozibag arrived very quickly after order and communications were great. I simply took it out the box and started using it immedately. Comfy is an understatement, im 6ft 3in and 18st and I can lie back on it with full support whilst watching the TV. The quality of the stitching and material (Faux leather) seems really good. We will definately be buying more, just cant decide whether to go for another XXL or to try the Slump....

Ordered my bean bag on Wednesday night and it arrived first thing Friday! I had lots of contact from Cozibag to tell me how my order was progressing and a text with a 1hr delivery slot. It is a bit bigger than I expected (the slouch) but is very comfy and my 4 year old loves it.

Failed to deliver on the agreed date (delivery company issue) which was frustrating, but customer services very apologetic, and dealt with the issue well. Second delivery attempt worked to plan, and was fine. Product (High back XXL) is great - well made, comfortable and stylish - in fact we're so pleased with it, we're about to order another one!

Having read other good reviews I settled on Cozibag for my bean bag purchase. Initially I had a query that I emailed through and got a clear response within an hour. I then ordered swatches and was pleased to have them delivered and in my hand within a couple of days. I then ordered my bean bag of choice on Easter Saturday, and it turned up within the last hour (it's Wednesday today) - exactly when the email and text message I received from Cozibag said it would! The customer service so far has been astounding - I'm very impressed.

The bean bag itself is a present so will remain in the box until next Saturday, but I will send a second review about the product when I've seen it!

In the meantime, well done Cozibag. You have exceeded my expectations!
