We brought our first lounge suite from CP 33 years ago which in itself was a good experience and a great choice. We’ve done it again and Andy was very helpful. CPs range of options is far superior to anyone else we looked at. Excellent.

Visited the Leeds store for a new bed and mattress. Dealt with Mark H, who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, not at all pushy and let me take my time to decide. From the initial visit, every interaction until purchase was completed with care. Super service.

It was all a pleasurable experience with the assistant Dale being both informative and having the ability to listen. We felt no pressure whilst looking around - no nagging!
The store itself is attractive and I feel sure we will revisit with further purchases in mind.

I recently purchased a sofa and a dinning table set for my new house. Andy the sales guy was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this store.

We needed a new mattress and headed straight to Christopher Pratts as our previous one was from here, we love the polite professional service we received from Daniel Tolchard, we already knew what we wanted but he was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very quick and easy, every time we need anything for our home this is always our first port of call due to the quality of the goods and great service we always get!

The showroom was welcoming and well laid out with lots of choice, styles & colours. Andy showed us to exactly where we needed to be, calling Chris and asking him to meet us there whilst we walked through. Chris answered all questions we had about the product we had chosen without hesitation and talked us through the different option choices. We felt at ease and welcome from the moment we walked in and during our time with Andy & Chris. The whole process was easy from selection, the ordering process and payment. We are looking forward to delivery day. Thank you Chris & Andy for making the experience so positive.

Richard Sanderson helped us to choose new sofas, his advice was appreciated, and his no pressure to buy approach was very welcome. The loan of a sample swatch was very useful in helping us choose the right colour leather to suit our decor.

The service we received today from Craig Thornton-Fletcher was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. All manufacturers have different sizes and ranges so it was imperative for me to see these different sizes in a showroom, not on line or in a book. Craig came to the rescue with a tape measure and all help we asked for was given by Craig with no pressure selling. Everything is of great quality in the shop, great choice and beautiful fabric choices. Thank you Craig, the help given today gave us a great experience and helped us to easily choose our order.

Great store - lovely room layouts and very helpful staff. Our salesperson was Chris who interrupted his lunch to come back and help us.

I had a fantastic experience today and several weeks ago choosing and ordering my bedroom furniture and living room sofas.

Visited Christopher Pratts today with my niece and her partner to buy their spare bed for their house. I came 3 years ago with my elder niece and knew I wanted to come back to this shop to buy a second bed. David Toldchard looked after us, lovely gentleman. He also served me 3 years ago and remembered me. What a great memory and clearly looks after his customers.

My partner and I have bought two beds with David Tolchard’s support. He was really patient and answered any question that we had with ease. A really nice gentleman who is recommend to our friends and family when visiting the store.
