Just bought a lovely modular sofa for our new house. Spoke to Duncan yesterday who was super helpful and went through options to fit our space and drew it all out for us as I was getting confused with all the different options. We measured it at home last night then returned today to order with him. We love the store. So many good pieces and have bought a fantastic console table from them previously. Always great service. Will be back we are sure

We purchased a couple of sofa’s today and were helped by Chris. He was so helpful and obliging whilst ensuring we did not feel pressured. We have been looking for weeks and been to many, many stores; the service here was second to none and I cannot thank Chris enough for helping us to finally find exactly what we were looking for

Our whole experience at Christopher Platts in Leeds was wonderful from start to finish. After researching on line we wanted to visit the store in person and we are so pleased we did. The shop floor is beautifully presented and we were welcomed warmly to browse at our own pace. We enquired about a particular item which Dale on the first floor guided us to and gave us information and advice. We were then transferred downstairs to Duncan for more specific details of our proposed purchase, along with special offers and options. We are delighted to have chosen our item at Christopher Platts, with the expert help and great customer service of Dale and Duncan and we look forward to our free delivery in due course. Thank you.

We recently had a great experience, as usual, at Christopher Pratts, Leeds. We were looking for a corner sofa and were pleased to see a wide range of choice in style, colour and materials. We took advantage of an excellent sale price which was competitive with other dealers.
The service we received from Dale Williamson was excellent. We did not feel pressured (as can sometimes happen in large furniture stores) and found Dale helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. We have also received follow up communication to keep us updated.

Following an order of a Hexham chair it was revealed, several weeks later, that the factory had managed to run out of the chosen material. Mr Thornton-Fletcher could not have been more helpful in helping us choose an alternative and his experience, knowledge and calm was much appreciated.

We have visited this store in Leeds many times as we feel they have lovely furniture. We have bought from here in the past. We needed a new sofa so our first place was here to look around. We did not anticipate buying but found the perfect sofa. Thanks to Dale Williamson who helped us by offering guidance and help as well as leaving us to enjoy the experience of looking at every sofa. As we found the ideal sofa on our first shop Dale helped us to purchase this sofa with ease. Thank you Dale for not being a pushy salesperson. I would recommend this store with its high quality furniture.

As always our visit to Christopher Pratt Store Leeds was successful.
A friendly hello at the store entrance to a brief enquiry as to whether we needed any help from Chris and then were left alone to ponder.
Chris then came back and assisted with our questions after which we placed our order. It was taken accurately, read back to us and completed. Very efficient.

Not having much in the way of furniture retailers in Teesside it was necessary to go to Leeds’s Christopher Pratt store. With the help, guidance and expertise of Mark and Andy we found exactly what we were looking for. Nothing was a problem, their knowledge of the furniture, fabrics, companies, care of products and after sales was 100%. An added bonus was the free, help yourself tea and coffee which was very welcome. (A pint of Newcastle Brown would have been on another level though).
I would like to extend my findings to include the staff of the lighting company who I also could not fault.

Buying a new sofa isn't an everyday shopping experience. We were excited to visit the store and loved looking round and trying out the huge range of different sofas on display. Mark H was great to deal with - he gave us space but was there when we had questions and always had the answers! Thanks Mark, it's been a pleasure.

David was amazing and so helpful. I went with my partner before Christmas for a browse and he helped us choose an excellent sofa. He was very patient and not pushy at all.

We have had our sofa for a month now and it is hands down the best sofa I've ever sat on. Love it so much. Going to get the matching chair!

Extremely helpful staff. Craig was very knowledgeable and helped me in deciding what settees were good for me. He has the patience of a saint.
