We were looking around Christopher Pratts and found sofas that we liked. Dale came over and in ten minutes had answered all our questions and provided information on the manufacturer and the products range. This was done in conversation not in a pushy manner. Dale provided the sizes of the sofas and we went home measured up and phoned in our order the next day. A very pleasant buying experience.

After experiencing a manufacturing fault, Ameldar from customer service and Tamsin ? (The store manager),sorted our issue in a matter of hours. A massive thankyou to all three. We will certainly shop at this store again in the future,

We have visited several furniture shops in our search for new living room furniture but nothing had hit the spot. We had resigned ourselves to new covers on a ten year old sofa and find a new recliner. Christopher Pratt’s had an enticing range and we found just what we were looking for (sofa and chair) at a good price. The staff weren’t pushy and David served us with professionalism.

Duncan was the salesperson who helped us today. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient.
Nothing was too much trouble.
All the questions we asked and more besides were answered to our satisfaction.
One of the best things about the store is its accessibility including parking, getting around the store and toilet facilities.
Would not hesitate to recommend the store, very professional and trustworthy.

We recently visited Christopher Pratts, Leeds and had the pleasure of meeting Mark H who helped us pick the perfect couple of sofas for our home. He went above and beyond to find various different options to help us customize our order to meet our needs in matching our decor, and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision (whilst we wandered around the store trying the swatch combinations in different lighting conditions)!

He was friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and we did not feel pressured in anyway at all. Mark has made us feel valued as customers and has made the entire process stress-free.

I’m very late in posting this, but I couldn't let Duncan's excellent service go unrecognized. We purchased our Furniture(large sofa) from them a few months ago (Nov 2025), and they gave us an incredible deal that we still appreciate today. Not only was the initial experience stress-free and professional.
But every single time we walk into the store, we come across Duncan and we are greeted with the biggest, most welcoming smile. It makes the entire shopping process so much more enjoyable. We are completely satisfied with the service provided by Duncan.

We visited the Leeds showroom looking for a new bed, Lynne was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, on our return to purchase, Dale was also helpful and gave us the information and space to decide what we needed.
We also ended up buying a table and chairs and coffee table with Chris's assistance, he was very helpful in us making the right decision for the type and size of the table and knew all about their products. It was a great shopping experience.
