A wide range of headboards and styles. No hard sale from staff. Dale was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the most suitable headboard.

From arriving in the Store Chris approached us and reassured us he was here if we needed any assistance but then left us to look round without being pestered. When we had chosen the suite we wanted it was very straight forward no hassle Chris was friendly and helpful .

We entered the store and you could tell it was a quality establishment compared to some we had visited. Dale Williamson was our guide nothing was too much trouble and he was not pushy just helpful and polite.

This is the 3rd sofa we’ve had from Christopher Pratts over the last 20 years.
The quality of the sofas is far more superior than the larger chain stores.
Customer service is very good and our recent sales person Chris was more than helpful, he walked the length of the store, finding exactly the right accessories to match my choice of sofa.
I highly recommend visiting the Leeds store for a huge selection of fabulous sofas.

I went into the Leeds Branch to purchase a dining room table and chairs. Whilst browsing Dale offered assistance in a kind, considerate and welcoming manner. He showed us a range of choices and left us to decide for ourselves rather than hanging over us. Dale explained there was no obligation to commit to the purchase if we felt this was not suitable for the property and our deposit would be duly refunded.

Dale outlined the delivery details to our requirements. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The process was done swiftly with ease, patience and clarity. We look forward to receiving our beautiful purchase. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

We recently bought some bedroom furniture at Christopher Pratts, an excellent store to look around. Our salesperson David T was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some friendly guidance

I recently took my mum to Christopher Pratts in Leeds as she was looking for a new sofa and chairs. Chris Barrowclough, the sales assistant, was fantastic. He was very helpful, showing us where all the ranges were in the store and offering advice if we needed it. I really appreciated that he didn’t hover or push us—he let us browse at our own pace.

We narrowed our choices down to two options and then spoke with him to discuss the details. With his guidance, my mum was able to decide on the perfect sofa, including colour and style, and place the order.
