You failed to advise of delivery as requested resulting in delay for your delivery driver while gates and the tank were unlocked.
Our last two deliveries have not been as good as usual even at a relatively quiet time of year.

What went wrong was that my order was…
What went wrong was that my order was paid for and then because of the oil crisis CPS conveniantely suspended my order and gave me 3 options none of which were really good. I feel I have been screwed over as were a lot of people and charged almost double the amount I had already paid. I feel that this action taken by CPS was very sanicle and calculated to make them a lot more money off of the backs of people who had already paid up front for their heating oil. I have always used CPS for my heating oil and had remained a loyal customer, but it seems that loyalty counts for nothing. If i could give less than one star I would.

Our service is normally really good…
Our service is normally really good with this company. Unfortunately this time round I had a date for delivery but they failed to arrive. I was told they couldn't gain access although we were in all day. The oil arrived a week later. We had run out of oil so had no heating or hot water. I felt that customer service could have been better but we were just fobbed off with they couldn't gain access but couldn't say why.
