The ordered goods are fine BUT ....
The ordered goods are fine BUT the delivery was a bit erratic to say the least.
I have received several emails from Yodel telling me how to track my parcel.
The first "track" told me to expect delivery on 24th June and a number to call to check.
As I will be out on the 24th PM I wanted to ask for a morning spot. I called the number.
Some one , whose first language is not, I suspect, English did not know anything about Yodel!!..
This afternoon, 23rd June, the parcel was delivered!!
I have since had emails telling me the parcel has been delivered and asking me to rearrange the delivery .
At 92 I am quite capable of confusing myself without the help of YODEL.
