Easy to use website and excellent despatch time.
Parcel arrived well packaged containing my paid invoice and clear instructions.
I was initially daunted when I realised it had to be assembled and the picture included a spanner! In midst of house move I was thinking "where on earth will I find one". However after spending a moment reading through the leaflet and sorting out the bits I realised the spanner was included.
Only took minutes to assemble and is now illuminating my work area beautifully.
Craft Lamps price was excellent, less than a display model at a recent craft show, and postage was free for my order too.

I need a good size magnifying glass. As I have been diagnosed with cataracts. This is the first time I have needed to use magnifying glass. I also do very fine cross stitch. So I need a bigger magnifying glass.

The light was recomended to me and it is fantastic.
The delivery was superfast.
The cost of the lamp was economical and affordable.
Will look on website to have more lamps around my house.

4* for the product. Here's why - the clipboard style clamp has not enough grip strength to hold position when moving the gooseneck or setting the lamp in some configurations. Though a screw is supplied to provide pressure to increase grip, moving the gooseneck along with the overhang weight of the lamp head easily causes the clamp to dislodge. To remedy this one has to hold the clamp while setting the lamp to a desired position. A larger and stronger spring clamp with more surface area would help greatly. Otherwise everything else of the lamp is great.
