Delivery company not so good.
The lamp looks great and arrived safely on a Friday. However as we were not in Fedex left the parcel at the local primary school and not a neighbour. This meant that not only could we not get the parcel until Monday but my husband had to rush home from work at lunchtime to be able to get the parcel during school hours.

True to his word and more
True to his word the owner Jerry Cripps replaced my craft lamp even though it was well out of guarantee ,what excellent customer service .
would have no hesitation at recommending his company , on this I also bought a standard lamp .Also I'd mislaid a small grommet for the base of the craft light , he sent a whole new base ( Say no More ) .
Totally unlike another company who trades at the NEC Quilt show who denied all Knowledge that i had purchased the expensive light from him and his little Bear !!!???? .
What a different way of trading !!

Excellent service
Ordered on a Thursday and received the light by Monday morning and it was in use by mid day. Does not get better than that, really pleased with the service. Website easy to navigate and did not take long to find what I needed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
