Although part of my order was sent incorrectly after a phone call the replacement items were sent out and arrived promply togther with a pre-paid label for return of the incorrect items.

The nuvo drop storage holds crystal drops, dream drops, vintage drops as standard and stone drops lid down. The crates are beautiful, large one firsts a4 stood up on its shortest edge. Will definitely be purchasing more items to complete my make your own storage space. Absolutely recommended

Received my magnetic sheets but not the…
Received my magnetic sheets but not the total amount that was ordered & some that were a different thickness, I phoned & the Lady at the other end said she would send them out. I offered to return the wrong ones that I received & was told to keep them. I received the remaining part of my order 2 days later. Fabulous customer service.
