LIGHT FROM YESTERDAY’S

One of the most easy companies I've worked with on a project. Ordered vinyl records for my bands first album release. They were professional and answered any questions I had. Ordering and uploading files was a breeze.
I was incredibly nervous for how they would turn out. I've been to a lot of companies who have worked high end in the music industry that have still disappointed my (abnormally large) standards. I was not prepared for how perfect the product was. The artwork and sound quality is absolutely through the roof and its made me as excited as a kid on Christmas. I could not recommend Cram Duplication more. Best quality hands down.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
This is a fabulous company to deal with. I have never had any CDs duplicated before and so I had LOTS of questions. Right from the first call with Adam, there has been nothing but helpful cheerful advice and I never felt that I couldn’t ask anything. They were also happy to turn the job around very quickly in time for Christmas and the communication has been great.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH CRAM/CRAP DUPLICATION. THEY MAY MATCH OTHER COMPANIES ON PRICE BUT DAMN SURE CAN'T MATCH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE.

We finally received our vinyl order after a ridiculous 16 month wait due to a major mistake from Adam at Cram duplication. He kept us pretty much in the dark all the way up until the 15th month about this and should never be trusted with your precious vinyl production.

Adam is happy and jolly to take your money from you, but when it comes down to it he just doesn't posses the skillset required for this. We even had to outsource some of the work to another media company (Breed Media, the best in the business) due to his incompetency to get the job done.

He ignored our emails and phonecalls making it very difficult to get in contact with him at anytime during this most stressful wait. On the rare occasion that he did communicate with us he feebly attempted to pull the wool over our eyes by blaming everything on the pressing plant. His information was clearly false as we were also making other releases within a 6 month time period (which he also promised us) with another media company and the same pressing plant was used. Basically, he just didn't have the balls to tell us that he was the one at fault here.

The lack of communication during this time was just absolutely unforgivable and if I could give 0 feedback I would. One particular time he even acused us of harrasing him. I don't think that 7 emails within a 10 month time period is harassment. If you responded to the 1st couple of emails you wouldn't have gotten the others, it's that simple!!!!!!!!

All I can say is that out of the 25 vinyl releases that I have done over the past 3 years this has been by far the worst experience I could ever have imagined. Cram are an absolute disgrace and couldn't care less about your products, nor do they have any sense of urgency to get them to you.

Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT USE CRAM DUPLICATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I can't fault the guys at Cram Duplication so far as I have been very happy with their communication and quick turnaround with my CDs and cassettes. I am just waiting for my vinyl to arrive but the updates have been regular on these and I hope to receive them before the end of the year. If the vinyl is of the same quality of the CDs and cassettes, I'll be very happy. I have already recommended them to other people for merchandise so I hope to be able to bring them business.

I have been waiting 7 months for vinyl to be pressed. I have paid upfront.
They have ignored my emails.
I got through, after many attempts to call. Adam told me the vinyl presser had let 12 customers down and
They might look for another company...or reimburse my money.
Either way there would be an email to make things clear, by the end of the week.
That was two weeks ago...no email and no replies to my emails.
Only thing I get is circulars, telling me what great vinyl deals they have on offer.
Well they haven't kept to the deal that I paid for.
I don't care who they are blaming, for the way I have been let down...
The buck stops with Cram.
Poor customer service Adam.
If I could have given a zero, I would.

Excellent service throughout. Made my CD's perfectly and just how I wanted them, after I originally went to short-run.co.uk and they messed them up BIG TIME. Thank you Cram, you're so good, will definitely be returning in future. Aside from their good quality CD's, they have really good customer service, reply to emails promptly and message if there are any issues with orders. Lastly, they did them really quick so I got them in time for my release date!

I ordered a quantity of disc in 4 panel tunnel pocket digipaks & booklets. I am very pleased with the finished product. Colour rendition is excellent, everything has been clearly printed, the finish is high quality and overall it looks very professional.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the team. CDs look and sound great, with a great price point and incredibly fast turnaround.

I ordered a batch of 100 cd's for the band I play in, and when I called up to ask questions about the order and the items themselves, they were really helpful and kept me up to date on where everything was at. Too!) easy to do business with very transparent and does smaller runs of shirts (testing a design out). And even sent us one extra T-shirt which was slightly less than perfect for free.

Will definitely be using again for another design.

Took 4 days for shirts to arrive, no complaints.

First time getting CD's duplicated for a release, Cram were happy to answer all my questions, making sure the final product was as good as can be. Quality of the CD's and packaging is great, could not be happier! Will definitely be going back to Cram in the future.

CRAM delivered an incredible service at a really great price. My album looks 100% professional and is exactly what I was hoping for. I was, to be honest, pretty nervous about opening my box, but I just couldn't be happier.

This was my first time using a professional duplication service and they really helped me through some of the parts I was confused about.

Honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
