I had a terrible experience with a CD duplication company years ago for the first EP I did. After that I vowed to find someone else who was far more professional.

After searching and speaking to people in the local Essex scene I found Cram - who are just awesome! Despite the fact I'm based in Nottingham now, the band wouldn't go to anyone else because you can't doubt their quality service and fair prices. Cheers for everything so far guys!

I am a record producer and have been using cram duplication for a number of years, I have used them for a huge number of projects including cd and vinyl duplication and artwork. They work quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard, their pricing is great, and can tailor quotes according to budget and project. Most importantly, they are a great team of friendly people, who genuinely take pride in their relationships with the customers and the standard of their work. Great service throughout. We recently needed CDs & Vinyl for our new album.
We've used Cram for CDs for many years happily but it was our first venture in Vinyl. Cram talked us through every stage of the process in detail. Not only were the Vinyls perfect, they were delivered ahead of schedule - very pleased indeed.

I ordered a batch of 100 CDs of my most recent album and was very pleased with the service from Cram. Great price, high quality product, quick turnaround. Great comms with the staff, one of whom is a member of a local band himself, so it is nice to know you're working with someone who understands the needs of the DIY musician.

These guys did a great job putting the first Killatrix e.p. together in limited time and even managed to squeeze video onto the disc as well. Advice and service over and above our expectations - well recommended.

The team at Cram have done a great job on printing both tee shirts and CDs for two bands I've played in. Can't fault the product, and they're all very helpful too.

Cram Duplication was recommended to me by a friend for a short run of 50x Clear Jewel Cases, printed and duplicated, and honestly, they were the cheapest price around by far. I emailed across to order and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful and I had the finished products in my hand within 3 days, they even came individually wrapped which i didn't expect for the price.

Only thing I would say is that the payment system/artwork & song submission wasn't as straight forward as most other services but they were really helpful in pointing out how to do do it. My band will 100% be back again for our next release.

Rude and apathetic. Unprofessional and uncaring. Sarcastic and mean emails.
Made major mistakes on on 3 out of 6 orders and never apologised. Blamed me for their mistakes.
Really upset me. Have since had much better quality products and customer service from another company.
Avoid Cram Duplication.
