Super service!

I called the store on a Sunday as I’d had an issue with my online order (not their fault, I don’t think). The guy I spoke to was incredible helpful and went out of his way to deal with my order in an alternative way. I spoke to him the next day too, and he ensured that my order was going through ok. Next day - I received my items! Excellent service and really friendly, helpful staff. I even got a signed vinyl as part of my order! Will definitely use Crash Records again. Thanks!

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service, I ordered an album, they took the money and then without explanation refunded me 3 days later. I know the reason however, the album was a yellow pressing of The Fall - The Real New Fall LP, which they were selling at rrp. They have obviously realised the album is rare now and rather than honour their sale they have cancelled my order in order to hike up the price online. DO NOT TRUST!!
