After ordering something online I needed to ring and add something else, about an hour later, and it had already been despatched. The person I spoke to was very personable, well in control of the situation. I was able to order again and both items arrived the next day. A well run ship!

Excellent service !!
Made my decision to purchase a Manticore through CMD and tried to buy online on Sunday night. There were issues with the website but was able to order by phone at lunchtime the following day. By Tuesday lunchtime I was in receipt of my detector complete with an extra 15" coil for FREE !!
Brilliant service throughout. I made the right decision to go Crawfords and you should too

They were very helpful on the phone, so I purchased a metal detecting pinpointer and trowel. The pinpointer arrived but had no holster. I called them and received one the next day. Cheers guys!
