Great service . Had a manufacture issue on new detector. Minelab confirmed . Crawford swapped it for another next day delivery. Courier collected and dropped off new detector. Great service and special mention to Michael for sorting and following up to check that all was ok .

My Equinox 800 wouldn't charge and so I phoned and spoke to Joe at the Scunthorpe outlet. What a gent! Calm, practical, thorough and suggested what to send him. A couple of days later, Joe phoned me TWICE on that day: once to say that he had found the fault and the second time to report the positive result after testing of the newly fitted parts . Even more to add to that impression, the repaired items appeared in our porch, scarcely 24 hours later with the faulty (replaced) parts as part of Crawfords' transparency. Customer-care doesn't get much better than this. Many many thanks, Joe and Team Crawfords!
