If I could rate lower I would. I ordered two months ago, I never received anything the first time neither the second when they resend the order. And when I told the that I want a full refund I never got an answer back.

I do NOT recommend
I do NOT recommend. I bought piercings that never arrived. I never received a track & trace (which is ridiculous). When I ask for a refund, they say I still have to wait (1 month and a half overall) to be able to request a refund. Customer service loves taking their time, and even DOUBT when I told them I WORK FROM HOME, so if the order would have arrived, I would have received it already.
I clearly do not recommend, even if people recommended me this website. Do NOT order with them. At least until they get a track and trace (!!!)

I love the selection, all different types of earings, piercings and jewelry for streched ears. Also, really cool rings! I'd love some more size options for male friends in my life though.. always really helpful customer support, everything comes labeled and in perfect shape. Haven't received my order yet but I'm super excited. The website was set up really well and easy, as I'm kind of a dinosaur when it comes to technology. For some reason, I have trouble finding some of the simplest piercings that fit me, along with larger ball/disc sizes. They have great variety.

Slow Shipping, No Item, Poor Customer Support
As a few other customers have pointed out - There isn't a tracked delivery option, which I assume is to keep costs low, however, my item was marked shipped via email and then just never arrived.
Customer support said there is nothing they can do to help as it has been too long to rectify the situation. They were also very abrupt in their emails, which could be a miscommunication as I am from a different country, but they certainly weren't nice to deal with this time around.
Just spend the extra money elsewhere to guarantee your item arrives.

Would be a 5 star because you're great…
Would be a 5 star because you're great source of all piercings related and with really fair prices. 4 star's because of limited selection of jewelry in larger gauges, no segment ring in 9 or 10mm, balls internal/external thread in 12 or even 14mm, in different colours to combine with circular barbells, bananabells, or for BCR, maybe you add more in future.

unreliable sending of items
I've been a customer for years only to witness how although the versatility of items has gone significantly up, the quality of items is still pretty good (not always but they do resend/refund if something falls apart) but the quality of service plummeted. They send your parcel by snail mail without any tracking so that you never know if it's going to arrive ever at all. After 20 calendar days of waiting for my order I can really only say - Crazy Factory - you should do better.
