This place should be called “CRAZYSCAMS”. I ordered a parcel for international delivery on 25 November 2025. Shipping was supposed to be with FedEx. I got tracking details which showed that the parcel had to be picked up. I left it a few days and nothing changed so I enquired with the store. They blew me off and told me to look at the tracking details. About a week passed and the status still showed the parcel had to be collected. I enquired with the store again and they told me to contact the courier and sort it out myself - very helpful bunch!. Cut a long story short, I called FedEx and FedEx advised me that the store never gave them the parcel but just printed a shipping label. I sent the store the feedback from FedEx and now they’re saying they think the store has lost the parcel and they’re trying to find it. I’ve now asked the store for a refund multiple times and they’re ignoring me. I now see on their website they’ve relisted the items I bought and supposedly sent and then couldn’t find!!! This store doesn’t accept PayPal and now I understand why. Stay away is my advice. They’ll scam you and then ignore you.

The package arrived damaged, and instead of a solution, I received a lecture about my 11 years of experience with an arrogant attitude, and in the end there was no solution. I was thinking of making this store a possible monthly distributor, but frankly, I'll take my money elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Really good. Found some old games in good condition for a good price. Better than buying from eBay and free delivery over £20. Received in about 3 days after ordering

Great service as a shop, no complains there. But the FedEx service as a international carrier was very dissapointing in diverse ways. Since there are no other options for shipment, I will not shop again for that reason.

Fair prices, easy to use menu's and amazing staff. Would recommend this shop to anybody collecting retro or current video games/consoles. Also minimum spend of £20 for free shipping is outstanding. I have used their website a few times now. Always happy with the extra mile they go to with their packaging.
