Great communication,received everything as shown.Will def buy again

Everything fine

Went above and beyond. My autocomplete filled out the wrong address for my order and I did not notice until after it was dispatched. They were able to recall the package and post it out to the correct address in record time. Honest, great store and I will be buying from them again.

I ordered Pole Position 2 for the Atari 7800 and received Pole Position for the Atari 2600. Offered refund but postage costs to be incurred by myself.

Items arrived in great condition just a few days after ordering them. Couldn't be happier- will definitely buy from them again

Items appear to be in stock when ordering, in fact website updates to signify that an item is no longer in stock when one puts their order in. Last order, all items showed as in stock. Placed order. Checked items and immediately after stating that they had sold out. All looks ok until you get items shipped. 3 orders placed, 1 arrived ok, 1 was cancelled for some unknown reason , the last order had three items placed. Only one was received. That said items when and “if” received, appear to be well packaged and arrive safely. Can’t fault Crazy Thumbs on that, it’s just pot luck whether you get what you order online is all. Has kind of put me off ordering from these guys in future. Shame as they have great stuff on their website.

I have been going to Crazy Thumbs for a few years now, and constantly return for various reasons.
Firstly, it is the level of service I get from all the staff there, including their passion for all things gaming including retro, their willingness to take the time to listen to your needs, and ordering hard to get items you want, all at a very good price. I even stop by sometimes when I don't need anything as they are all a pleasure to chat and banter with them.
Being a regular purchaser, they quite often give me a great bargain on items which I wouldn't get at all the chains. I was even given two large floppy disc cases with Amiga cover discs and demos when I purchased an Amiga 500. I have used this shop to vastly increas my game collection with their help, and without breaking the bank. Big thank you to all the staff, and I'd recomment this shop to anyone looking for anything in retro gaming as well as more current consoles and games.

I came in the store to buy a game and they didn't have the game, so they ordered it for me.

I had a really nice conversation with the staff and shop owner talking about retro arcade games like street fighter third strike.

Really friendly banter and picked up a PSP Go for a good price. This is a great independent retro gaming store with helpful staff and a great collection of consoles/software. I'll definitely be back soon,

I was so excited to hear my favourite new and retro games store based in South London had officially launched its website, oh and I did not hesitate to buy something from a wide range of consoles, games, accessories and merch. 10/10 service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to add new assets to there retro collection.

Crazy Thumbs has opened their highly anticipated video game website and they're really unique for having a wide variety of retro games! Long time customer of their physical store in Tooting (South London). Added another Zelda game to my collection for a great price.

Highly recommended both their website and store, they're a great asset to the community and video game culture.
