Very impressed with the service I received at cream castles. Very easy to book online, you pay a deposit and then pay the remaining balance 2 weeks before. Very clear information upon booking via email. The man that delivered and picked up the bouncy castle was very nice, polite and friendly , also very efficient, arrived on time, was a little delayed picking up but this was due to a motorway closure and this was communicated to me , so nothing could be done about this. Very impressed with the service from start to finish and would 100% recommend using

The communication from the company was great. Lots of useful information. The driver gave me an update on delivery time and was very apologetic when he arrived later than the stated time in the email. However, on the email from my point of view, they had given me a window of time and so when he arrived right in the middle of that window of time, it was perfect and he was NOT late at all. He was quick and efficient putting up the castle, made sure it was secure and dry and we had it for a whole 7 hours which was extremely fantastic value for money. The kids loved it. I was so happy they had it to keep them busy and it was money well spent. The same guy came to collect it and again he was quick, professional and extremely nice. Could not be happier with the service.

We've booked with these guys for the second time and we've had amazing service once again. We had a short drop off and pick up window at the venue we booked for our little ones birthday and they arranged specific times for us which was amazing! We would highly recommend!

Hired 3 inflatables for our First ever Open day on 7/6/25. Dealt with Michael ordering, nothing but top notch service and fast responses when I had any queries. Eddie and another lad came to set up, bang on time. Gave me his number if i had any issues during the hire and were bang on time to collect after the event. Top notch service from a local firm that will definitely be getting our custom at our event next year.

Excellent bouncy castle hire company.
We have been using cream castles for few years now for our holiday club. I wouldn't use any other company! They are reliable, staff are friendly that deliver the bouncy castle and I can email them at short notice and I can guarantee to get a bouncy castle the next day!!

Really helpful company. We have had their inflatables 3 years running (maybe more) and have never had an issue. The kids absolutely love them.

This is the second time we have used Cream Castles for a corporate family event. The communication is always excellent, they are helpful with any queries and always turn up on time for drop off and collection. Installation is always a seamless process. Prices are excellent too. Highly recommended.

For the last two years we have used Cream Castles for our annual company Sports Day event - hiring multiple inflatables, children's games and staff supervising services.
Michael and the team that complete the set up are always so accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We used cream castles for the hire of a bouncy castle and assault course for our school fair. I can’t recommend them enough! Great value, excellent communications from start to finish, came exactly when they said they would to drop off and collect and a lovely bunch of lads ! Highly recommend !

Wow what a great experience. From start to finish, checking the area we wanted the assault course was ok, to answering questions regarding risk assessments etc for our Girl Guiding units, emails at all stages telling us delivery driver, to confirm you delivery and collection. The delivery drivers were brilliant and very friendly, explained everything. Would definitely use again thank you.

Excellent communication from the start. Arrived early morning to set up. Very professional and a speedy set up. They took time to go through how to operate the disco dome and Penalty shoot out. They also advised us on the safety. All inflatables were clean and undamaged, they looked brand new.
Massive thank you to Becky who came to assist who helped out massively with games and keeping all the children safe and entertained.
Highly recommend and we will definitely be using cream castles in the future.
