Wish i used someone else
Very bad terms, very bad attitude, they gave me a really big delivery time and expected me to be in ALL day, then they only tell you the day before even if your trying to organise a big event.
Dont expect any refund for any reason be it cancellation straight after purchase or problems their side.

The perfect addition to our party that entertained the kids and let the parents chat, until the parents joined in!! The Cream Castle team were amazing, on time, professional, polite and even let the kids help pack up. Can’t recommend them enough. Well worth the money and my angels haven’t stopped talking about the castle since

Great service …
We have used Cream Castles a few times now and they are brilliant. They try to accommodate wherever they can and the boys who set up are always friendly and efficient (in and out! )
When I first used them I don’t think they had many castles and have since expanded, however still have the family business feel about them. The only people I will use for my bouncy castle requirements!

Promp delivery ( gave 4 stars )
Promp delivery ( gave 4 stars rather than 5 because delivery time was 8am! ) and they were bang on time, it can be any time up to12 o clock,they let you know the day before. The castle itself was bigger than expected so that was a bonus and the kids loved it, staff were very efficient and it was up and well secured in no time. Collection was on time also. Overall I would recommend this company but would hope for a slightly later delivery slot!

Prompt, professional and a perfect product
Excellent service- prompt delivery and pick up, which is why I have used this company time and time again over the years. My children had a fantastic time using the bouncey castle, they were on it for most of the day and went to bed exhausted. A great investment for this jubilee weekend!

The service was brilliant that i recieced sunday 22nd may and the people who came to set the bouncing castle came on time and were professional and set the castle in no time. All the children enjoyed the bouncing castle and we had no issue with the castle.
Only issue I am having currently is I paid £30 for concreate drilling to secure the castle however this was not needed on the day due to there being bricks where the castle went so I have paid £30 which was not needed to trying to get a refund for £30 is being challenaging as no one answer the mobile number.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re happy you feel you received a good service and we are happy we was able to put the castle up for you. Considering we are unable to hire onto blocks and you selected concrete as the surface type.
We should have actually refused the hire but our delivery drivers went to great lengths to secure the castle safely and ensure you didn’t have disappointed children for the party.
Unfortunately we wouldn’t refund a service that you had selected you needed. The only free service we offer for securing the castle is on grass.
We also only charge a one off fee for hard surface hires. The next hire wouldn’t have this fee.
I’m also really sorry you haven’t been able to reach us. We are extremely busy with the phone lines at the moment. You can of course send an email, WhatsApp, Facebook or text message and we would always reply as soon as humanly possible.
I hope this clears things up for you and we hope to see you again in the future.

Hired bouncy castle combo from Cream Castles for my grandsons 3rd birthday. Team very professional with care given to safety very impressed. With regard to the bouncy castle the first child to leave went under fathers arms kicking and screaming. Need I say more
