We're very sorry that you have not had a positive experience shopping with us and can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for any frustration and inconvenience caused by postal delays at this busy time of year. This order was dispatched on the date advertised, prior to the last posting date for Christmas, and regrettably any delays once in transit are out of our control. All delivery dates communicated on our website and in emails are estimations as we are unable to 100% guarantee delivery dates.
We were closed over the Christmas period so apologise for not getting back to you sooner. I believe this issue has now been addressed over email and with a full refund but if there is anything else you need help with please do get back in touch.

Excellent quality item, (I purchased the double sided personalised photo key ring), I am very happy with my purchase and it was sent out very quickly. There was a little hiccup with my order, however it was easily and swiftly dealt with, excellent customer service.
