I ordered a keyring for my dad who had just lost his mum. It was beautifully made and came in a cloth pouch to keep it undamaged. He cried but he put it on his keys straightaway.

I received a stunning leather key fob with a family photo on....it's wonderful. Clearly hand made with real care. It's perfect.

This is the third time I have ordered from this company because I love their products. I ordered 3 keyring and needed to make an amendment to the personalisation on the front. Communication was prompt and helpful. Products arrived very quickly and are lovely quality. Already have one more on my Christmas present list!

The key ring arrived promptly and the lovely wood used was beautifully etched. It comes with a link to watch it being made which I look forward to watching with the recipient on the day. They replied quickly to a message. Overall purchasing from them has been a rewarding dazzle free process.

I bought a granddad keyring with photographs and a bar of chocolate. Neither of them are worth the £35 and £5 price tags. I wouldn’t buy again. Neither good quality nor value for money. Disappointed overall.

Craftmanship is better than the photos.

I didn't realize that the company was in the UK when I ordered. The beautiful coasters came in the mail, faster than some of the items I ordered for the holiday locally!

Wow. I decided to have a special gift made and ordered it late Monday night.
It's now Wednesday and my gift has arrived. It's absolutely beautiful and is going to bring tears of joy when opened.

This company is really off the charts. They listened to my bespoke requirements and delivered in every way. So helpful and accommodating. The owner and staff were very helpful, happy and polite. The communication was brilliant. Guess what? The product was beautiful too. Everything packaged up safely and sent on time. Great service.

After an issue with my order (which was no fault of the seller), the people at Create Gift Love were very quick to help me and replace my item. The item itself was excellent and very happy with the quality. Recommended.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram for a guaranteed next day delivery prior to Valentine’s Day. I decided to take a punt to add to the gifts and cards I had already purchased. I made the purchase through my mobile device and the link on insta. Only when I checked another site which processes the order did I realise the gift would not arrive on time. Fortunately I got a refund fully, however only after pointing out the initial refund was not complete. I offered some constructive feedback. However, received the following sarcastic comment when I did so:

‘I hope you were able to find a suitable gift to give at such a late date, the day before valentines day from another company.’

I didn’t find an additional gift. However, not many were advertising this opportunity and as I say it was an opportune purchase. I shall not be using again. I feel

Beautiful product, fast delivery and good communication

I ordered this on the 23rd, and it stated it would arrive on the 25th/26th. It is now the 2nd and I still haven't received it.
